I made an enquiry about a car and asked if they were notable imperfections before considering a test drive. It stops wasting people's time if you turn up and find a unacceptable dent on a I will be careful all torn seats. I was twice patronised and told that they were used cars so I terminated the phone call. I could almost hear the cogs going around and the young lady's head. Oh my God. 'Another customer asking questions' eyes rolling.

After 15 days, finally gave me an appointment. sent me to the after-sales snodland centre where I waited around 3 to 4 hrs. I spoke with mechanic and another team member. Both were convinced about the faults, but they couldn’t do anything other than give me an appointment to have the vehicle repaired at their center. They did not address the misrepresentation on their website or the fact that the vehicle had been involved in an accident. They are not accepting my rejection and have not provided any reasons for refusing it. Instead, they are focusing on claiming that these are merely cosmetic issues and not serious enough to warrant rejection of the vehicle. I showed them the body paintwork, cracks in the rear light, and damage to the bodywork, but they insisted that their head office does not consider these valid reasons for rejection. Why are they refusing to acknowledge that you concealed information from me at the time of sale and misled me about the battery mileage in their advertisement? They are trying to spin different stories, suggesting that the sales representative may have simply shared the information available in their system. But who is responsible for providing that information in the first place? I am not blaming the sales representative alone; this is a failure on your part, and you are refusing to accept responsibility for it. You just letting me to suffer at the end. If I was expecting a 284-mile battery range but am only getting around 250 miles, why would I pay faulty and low range battery mileage car of £19k for that? Similar range and the same model of Tesla cars are being sold for £15k to £16k on your website. You are not addressing all my concerns and are only focusing on a few points, which makes it clear they you just playing games. Uou don't care and have ultimately left me to deal with this on my own. I now have no choice but to take this to court, and I will prove that they misrepresented the vehicle to me as a customer and I have right under
Went to buy a car for £14,500 but they would NOT sell it unless I bought there paint cover, windscreen cover, alloy cover, engine cover so on for an EXTRA £3,500 making the total cost £18,000 !!!!!!!! There MANAGER then came out trying to force me to pay the extra £3,500 !!!!!!! Spent 2 hours trying there HARD SELL TACTICS in the end I had to tell the MANAGER to FUCK OFF for wasting my time !!!!!! TOTAL FUCKING SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️
Complete waste of time - spent hours trying to a buy an £11k car for them to try to convince me I needed to spend £16k on warranties, paint protection etc. Their "200 point check" of the car missed several issues and the sales associate (Zia) was next to useless, needing his manager for every step of the way. Very high pressure to get these add ons, and not keen at all for me to have a 3rd party check the car (made it very hard for this to happen). Worst thing was them making me (and other customers) wait for 20 minutes at the start of the day while they had their sales meeting - hearing that their 'numbers were down' and 'reviews poor' while waiting ready to a buy a car was slightly ironic. Guys - if you've got people ready to buy a car you should be not making them wait....Sales 101. Anyway, their model seems to be cheapish cars to get people in and then bully them into buy expensive add-on products and finance where they make their money. Make sure you have a LOT of time, and know what you want (and do the research). Their 3 month warranty listed on the site is apparently "not worth the paper it's written on" according to Zia's manager (when trying to sell me the extended warranty). The guardX paint protection costing £600 can be had for £20 on Ebay. Ended up walking away as I didn't trust them at all. Have sourced a car from somewhere else.

Bad experience. Will give you a warranty for £900 and then not follow up on it, days after purchasing a car. If there is an issue with the car, they will make sure you don't get anything and will try anything to get out of the warranty
Bought a car from Big Motoring World in Wimbledon last year and my husband sent them the following message on the 18th July 2023 (almost a year ago) which was shortly after purchasing our car with all the extras that we were sold. ‘As per discuss on the phone please find the pictures attached of the issue with the car. The rear left light has water in the light housing and seem to intermittently come on and off. Please advise going forward’ We have followed up a few times since the email was sent but they have still not resolved the issue. Avoid this company. They take our money and provide no customer service even when you have paid extra for the additional products for peace of mind!
They don’t service their used cars well before selling them on. Chips and scratches on the vehicle and dirty interiors. Plus bad customer service.

Turned up at the time they booked my appointment for 13.30. Told 'might have to wait 30-40 mins', place was almost empty, so thought, they'll be along within that time. An hour later, someone came over, shook my hand and wanted to know who I was and what car I was interested in. Its not good customers service to not know who I was let alone the rest I told him, He apologises but seemed to take offence that I was walking out, why would I stay when you can't even get the basics correct ? Thoroughly annoyed & disappointed with whole experience.

I transferred £4,000 deposit and they kept £750. Confirmed by Black Horse, which received a smaller deposit vs. What I transferred. Do not go there
My Concern: - False Information given - No Apology from Management (Can't even be bothered to talk!) - Felt UNVALUED My Viewing Experience: Found a car at Wimbledon Br that had one previous owner (as advertised). After a long wait, greeted by a Marketing Exec. After another long wait - car was presented for viewing First comment from Marketing Exec - The car comes with 4 immaculate tyres. On closer examination, they were nicely dressed on the outside with treads close to legal limit. Great start! Went for a test drive in a busy route and back in the office. Found a few minor marks on the car exterior that the Marketing Exec agreed to polish out. My Experience in the office: Me: Can I see the documentation and hear about the car Marketing Exec: What would you like to know? (huh?!) Me: I would like to know what you have to share about the car. Marketing Exec: You can ask and I will share Me: Does the car have 2 keys? Marketing Exec: No, Only one, if you need another, you make it yourself. Me: Was the car privately owned or LEASED? Marketing Exec: Checks on his system, it was PRIVATELY owned. Me: Wow, thats great. I am now really interested and would like to pay the deposit. Can you show me the documentation? Marketing Exec: Sorry, I can't share due to data protection Me: Oh I see, I will be doing an online check from my end but can you check again and confirm if it was privately owned? Marketing Exec: Checks and confirms it was privately owned. Paid NON REFUNDABLE £500 deposit, collection in 2 days. My Experience on the Collection Day: Train Strike to start with, had to leave super early and get 3 trains to get to wimbledon! Accounts Exec: Are we ready for balance payment Me: Yes but I would like to see the car first and make sure the marks have been removed I ask the lovely lady at the collection desk to confirm if the car was PRIVETLY owned Lady: No, it was a leased vehicle Me: You may want to check again Lady: Checks again and confirms it was LEASED vehicle Back with the Accounts Exec, demanded my NON-REFUNDABLE deposit back that was transferred back to my account in 3 days. Reason for FALSE information: It was a system Error (LOL) Me: Can I see the Marketing Exec Accounts Exec: He is not in today (I saw him walk past me 10 mins ago) Told them how I felt and my personal inconviniences. No Apology, just system error saga. Here I LOST TRUST in Big Motoring World. LIARS! Add these to your Checklist: Download copy of the advert (Ad is deleted after you pay the deposit) and go through each paper you sign line by line Demand to see the car and check if its cleared of any issues you raised Check No of keys provided with the car Check if they come with matts - most dont! Check if spare wheel / tyre inflator kit is available and in working order Examine tyres, brake pads and paint work very closely Check registration document
