Afternoon Donald, I'm disappointed you have left the review you have and feel we have done nothing wrong at all. We were the winning bid on your van, it being sold through the Motorway platform, this is a company we buy circa 300 vehicles a year from. It does rely on the seller listing their vehicle correctly and noting any damage, as you will be aware this is something that wasn't done and is the reason we never completed the purchase of your van. Had it been as the listing on Motorway described we would have gladly bought it. It did take a little longer than normal to arrange collection this was purely down to it being listed over the Christmas period and the fact you are over 7 hours away from our business so it naturally took a little longer.
