Bought a car from Bioinic Car Sales, car developed a problem within 2 weeks, had it examined, turns out wiring in engine is shoddy and dangerous. Took it back and exercised my right to a refund under consumer act and was told bluntly the only option was to take the dealer to court as "I don't do refunds" Have now spoken to 3 other people who have all had a similar problem with this dealer. Trading standards notified and court claim to be issued imminently. Dealer also leaves himself fake reviews on websites and responds to complaints with a made up story about how the car you're complaining about has loads of miles and is really old so what do you expect? Do not be taken in by the very charming salesman.

I also purchased a car from the same person ,the car suffered from steering problems within a week ,which the dealer pay for,he also mot,and service the car .The car price was very reasonable for a 2008 plate,but unfortunately I realised I bought a car needing hundreds of pounds of repairs which should have been picked up when the car was MOT or service .I feel that you can't trust any second hand car dealers !

Hi, I have exactly the same issue!! In 1 week the car has the engine fault. The dealer refuses even to talk to me over the phone. Registered a formal complaint

This dealer is totally unprofessional. I have just been to view the car seen on Auto trader. The car was not to my taste and was in poor condition inside and out with various scrapes to the exterior and marks to interior. I remarked that it was not to my taste, to be told ,'you could have gone to the main dealer instead of making me move cars and wasting my f***ing time!' I was not impressed, to say the least and I think others need to be aware of the 'customer service' they can apparently expect from Bionic cars. As a follow up, I have just received an extremely abusive phone call following this review. I cut the cretin off, only to receive several follow up phone calls. Blocked the number - calls started coming through on private number. You have been warned! I have never been more glad not to have made a purchase in my life.

Also had the same issue with this guy was sold a car with a coolant leak that when i asked about any issues he told me there was nothing just a few body work marks which is fair enough.... When we questioned him within 30 days of buying the car was told to "f**k off" when i told him about my rights he just told me to take him to court so i am. Seems to be he just sells cars doesnt have them checked which could be extremely dangerous and couldnt care less. If anyone has got anywhere with this guy and court so far could you put an update please
