Called up just to enquire about a car and received the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced would recommend avoiding at all costs don’t give them your money you will regret it
Took it for a test drive, everything seemed OK apart from a loose handbrake. Took it to the garage to fix the handbrake and got told break pads were completely gone, tape holding up exhaust, parking brake doesn't work at all on front 2 wheels, fuel leak, coolant leak and something about the cables being messed up, £850 on top. Have tried contacting them and no response at all now, completely ignored all communication. Frustratingly I only looked at the reviews on AutoTrader before deciding to buy, with I'd found this, to understand there are 9 recent reviews - ALL NEGATIVE - with multiple reviews suggesting they are con men, scammers, have done this multiple times before and have been aggressive to customer, even ringing them up after bad reviews to abuse them!! PLEASE DON'T TAKE THE RISK AND BUY FROM HERE, THERE IS EVERY CHANGE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

One star because no option of giving less. Shows misleading pictures on car only to find scratches and dents all around. Does not refund reservation money.

This dealer books time for test drive the car, and does not give a test drive (has no plate!!) and also does not refund your reservation advance. Autotrader must blacklist him. He tells over phone car is good only to find big dents on it!!
3 minutes ago. Purchased a car from Bionic Car Sales at what we thought was a good price. Awlad Miah seemed a nice bloke, we took the car for a short test drive, we didn't negotiate the price as I was happy. It was a good price for the car, was advised it's being sold competitively to clear as he needed the space. I thought buying from a dealer would generally avoid problems. Sat on the forecourt and changed my insurance over, drove away the same day as it has service history and 12 months MOT. It needed new front tyres which I replaced that day. After 5 weeks, I still hadn't received the logbook. I sent my new owner slip to the DVLA and my logbook was quickly sent. It was only then, I discovered that my family car had been a complete insurance write off. Since finding this out, my mechanic has pointed out where it was accident damaged because in heavy rain, the door slightly leaks - found this out when I went to put my newborn baby in a soaking wet car seat! Under guidance from Trading Standards, have sent numerous letters advising Mr Miah that I was unhappy, and he simply returns the post as "not trading at this address". My screenshots and links from these dates clearly show otherwise. I had hoped that it genuinely was a mistake to have not been told my cars history, but it couldn't now be anymore obvious that I paid too much for this car and Mr Miah knew it. My insurance has massively increased due to its history, my old insurer actually cancelled my policy when I advised them about the cars history. I paid £1500 for a car that is now worth £500! I was willing to be civil, but this guy couldn't care less. He has willingly committed fraud. See you in court

I called the bonic car sales Northampton, I wanted to purchase a corsa from them but I was worried at the amount of bad review I saw concerning the company. I went ahead to contact the managing director of the company, whilst talking about my concerning he got defensive and ended the conversation with this exact words "you're doing my heading. Piss off" and cut the phone. This just proves everything I've seen on the review, whilst I wanted the car, customer service is very important. And therefore did not purchase the car

I can assure you we are looking in to all recent complaints and yours and we will remove person and take good actions against person behind as bionic car sales it is unacceptable to be rude or to disrespectful our customers. The owners response to this review is laughable, I had the misfortune of buying a car from this rip off merchant. The car had so many problems it was unbelievable. His response to me was literally " I couldn't care less, take me to court" It's a one man band operation, he lies in responses to negative reviews and says you bought the car with problems, on mine he even changed the actual car I'd bought to make his reaction plausible. I cannot believe this charlatan is still trading, he will sell you a death trap and avoid all responsibility. Just to really show how honest he is.... He uses a company name that he dissolved years ago, so even the trading name is a lie. So to sum up there is no managing director, he's a sole trader, there is no car sales empire, its the one site, he has no dedicated engineer to do any of the checks he claims to do, he does none and lastly he will completely ignore any rights you have and tell you to take him to court, if my car hadn't been written off in an accident I would have done exactly that. Do not buy from this chap based on reviews, most of them are him using various email addresses, the copy and pasting is hilarious!
Previously bought a car from bionic cars, within a week the gearbox failed,when I approached him about it he basically said that it's our problem only to be told that he doesn't make the cars??? Please do not buy from this cowboy, trading standards have been made aware of this person, please read ALL the reviews before even thinking of buying from him....VERY AGGRESSIVE

Bought car and within couple of weeks and had to spend money getting new brakes and tyres also bonnet catch as bonnet did not close right .also had a bill from tax instead of refund as he was sending both slips together ,got log book but didn’t send my slip. Phoned him to let him know and was told to f***** off stay clear of Bionic Car Sales.
This dealer is totally unprofessional. I have just been to view the car seen on Auto trader. The car was not to my taste and was in poor condition inside and out with various scrapes to the exterior and marks to interior. I remarked that it was not to my taste, to be told ,'you could have gone to the main dealer instead of making me move cars and wasting my time!' I was not impressed, to say the least and I think others need to be aware of the 'customer service' they can apparently expect from Bionic cars.
