I bought a 2009 Ford mondeo car from the Birchmead, and I feel cheated as they sold the faulty engine car and somehow I believe they knew about the car condition, as the very next day the engine malfunction error come and car went in limp mode, diagnostic found that fuel injector need to be replace, they took 7 days for replacement of one injector, after that car work fine for next 1 month and then again got the same error .. engine malfunction, this time 2nd injector need to be replaced, but Birchmead was not very helpful, finally with-in a 1 and half year time, car diagnosed with lot's other engine related issue (Fuel injector pump need be changed) as car won;t start, I did spend 1800 pound for changing the, fuel injector pump, Cambelt, 2 injector, still the car start giving the problem after 6 month and finally I scrap it.

I purchased an SUV from Birchmead in Wokingham. Did not have time to view as too far away, when I viewed vehicle the front lamps were misted - this was not mist from condensation as it's never clear. I queried this at the time of collection and they fobbed me off with it being mist and that it would clear if I switched the lights on. Needless to say it did not and they refused to do anything as I had purchased without Warranty due to my location as I live too far away for them to come out and sort any problems. They would not allow another garage to sort any repairs in their absence so I had no option but to opt out. I did receive 200 pounds discount which they refer to as a 'Hefty' discount. On another note which I have not queried with the garage, I had 2 tyres replaced in less than 7 months I'd been driving my vehicle, doing a 20 mile round trip journey. Tyres were worn to the thread - which makes me think they were perhaps insufficiently legal as can't understand why they wore so rapidly on such a small journey?? Just a thought...….. For me, definitely not a repeat customer as they were not very helpful or considerate with a small issue - in fact a tad abrupt for my liking.
After paying out for fixing the car on its second month, I both called and left a message with Birchmead Motor Company as they had assured there was a three month warranty. But to no avail have I gotten a reply. Extremely poor customer service on their end as the warranty is about to run out. Was hard to contact the dealer for the sale in the first place. Once they have your money, they do not care!

Birchmead Motor Company were very friendly and extremely helpful when answering any questions I had. They made it a joy to buy the car. Have one or two issues with the car and they have said they will get the issues sorted as it is covered by the warranty. Couldn’t ask for more when buying a car

We purchased a RAV4 from Birchmead Motor Company in May 2018, they didn’t quibble and did all that we asked them to do. We had a couple of things that needed attention and I was most pleasantly surprised at the speed with which this was rectified under warranty. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to my friends.
Easiest Car purchase I've had, they delivered on all their promises, they stuck to the price we agreed on over the phone and the car had all its paperwork and service history. It's a great motor, I've had it 3 months and it's yet to let me down.
