Everything has been okay, I had to take it back the day after I bought it as an engine fault came up, but they have seemed to have fixed it. I also noticed it didn't have any oil and I have now topped that up myself. The service was really nice and good, it was royden who helped. I can't really fault at all. 4/5 purely because I felt they could have checked the vehicle better before selling it but they sorted any issues and that all I can ask.

Certain specifications I was hoping is not there. I might visit the Nissan showroom to see if these specifications are there in this car. The people were excellent. We've been treated so well. I would give 5.

I would happily give 5 stars to birchwood especially for Jamie in particular who has always gone above and beyond in helping us with our choices etc. we will always go back to birchwood due to the trust and commitment of Jamie, thank you.

This is the third vehicle I have had from Birchwood, each time I have dealt with Kelvin. I couldn't fault the dealership, every vehicle I have had I have been happy with. Kelvin is great, he is always honest and if there is any issues he will get it sorted. He tells it how it is and is a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would highly recommend. 5 stars anyday.

Car has been lovely so far, I went in person to the dealership it wasn't rushed there was no pressure, just a nice experience. The only thing i Have noticed is that when I saw the online advert it said the car had a satnav, however it doesn't so I think that the Ads do need to be double checked before posting as it was something I was looking for with the car. For that reason I'd give them a 4. It was still a lovely purchase.

It was a great team effort from Birchwood, we dealt with the whole 'family' haha! All the staff were equally as helpful a great group of staff. When we initially viewed the car there was some bits and bobs that needed sorting out so they said they would deliver the car to us after that was done to save us the journey of going back again. We really appricated this and the delivery went well and on time., The car was lovely and clean also. We would of course rate Birchwood a 5 out of 5!

Great from start to finish, amazing service!

The dealership is local to me, but it was the first time I had used them. The customer service was really good. I would definitely go back to them based off of this experience (hopefully not anytime soon)! I went for a Smart ForFour as wanted a bit of a change, I have really been enjoying it and had no issues.

Faultless experience really, dealt with Luke for the majority of the sale which all went well and then Kelvin was there when I signed the paperwork at the end of the deal. It was a nice and quick experience. I came across the dealership while looking on Autotrader for a Ford kuga, everything was as described and pictured as it was on the advert. I have got no complaints about it.
