Due to my credit score, I was losing hope that I would be able to get a new car in time for Christmas, but Birchwood Motor Centre truly saved the day. After having such a great experience with Birchwood Motor Centre a few years ago, they were the first place I turned to when it was time to upgrade my car. They had an excellent selection of vehicles to choose from, but I’ve always missed my old Nissan Qashqai. When I saw they had a new model available, it felt like fate! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. Their friendly, professional approach and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Driving home in my new Qashqai felt like a perfect choice, and I couldn’t be happier. I know for sure that when it’s time for another upgrade, Birchwood Motor Centre will be the only place I go. Bought a car a couple months ago and from beginning to end, top notch service and salesmanship. Was happy to buy from Mitchell, no sleezy salesmen tactics, no complaints on my end. Had a couple maintenance issues with the vehicle and they sorted all and any issues, no hassle, quick and effective. Top man.

This is the first time owning an all electric car and the Corsa itself is lovely, it drives really well and it's in great condition but unfortunately the electric side of things is letting it down. The battery doesn't hold it's charge and I feel like it's going down really quickly, which I know happens with the cold weather, so I'll see how I get on in the next couple of months and make a decision on potentially getting rid of it. Thank you to Dean at the dealership through because he was lovely! The whole time I was enquiring about the car, he was very helpful and not once was he pushy. Happy to give top marks!
