Really good customer service down at Birchwood. I remember speaking to Luke during my purchase and he was really helpful - answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have already sent my Brother-in-law to take a look at their cars as he is in the market!

Trying to find a good deal on an Ecosport with low millage and I ended up finding this one 300 miles away! With that said, its spot on. All good with no issues. Had Luke drop it off for me and he was great. Good communication and answered anything I asked.

Would have been a 5 but did experience a problem with the car 2 weeks after receiving it but was very impressed at the speed that it was picked up fixed and delivered back to me thank you for that.
