Things are going really well, and I haven't encountered any issues at all. I'm really enjoying my new Ford Fiesta. It's been a smooth ride with no problems whatsoever. This is my first time heading down to Birchwood Motors, and I must say, the sale process was easy with just some paperwork. The car was spotless, which was a nice touch. Jamie was super helpful throughout the whole process. I've already recommended this service to a few friends, and I'll keep doing so. 10/10 experience!

I wasn't really sure where to start, as I don’t tend to write reviews, but for these guys, I had to. I just upgraded to a Range Rover, and I’m really impressed so far. Aside from a little hiccup with the battery, which Birchwood Motors has been on top of to get sorted, everything is perfect. It was my first time getting a car from them, and honestly, I was over the moon. It was delivered to me, and was really clean, and the delivery process was really easy. They kept me updated at all times, communicating with me when I would receive the car. I would recommend them to family and friends. 4 stars for me, as I never give out full marks, but big thanks to these guys.

Purchased a Vauxhall Grandland as a treat for myself, and I’m so glad I did. Really impressed with it. Haven’t had the chance to get the car yet, but in terms of the service Birchwood provide to customers, I would definitely say I would be returning in the future. The team were reliable and welcoming, there was no pressure, which is always something you have to be cautious of with salesmen. But luckily this is not something I experienced. Really satisfied with them so props to them.
