Birchwood Motor Centre is a brilliant place to buy a car from. I can't remember the name of the guy who looked after me but he did everything agreed upon before collecting the car. The Ford Puma was given a once over and all fluids replaced. To top it off, when I got the keys the car looked brand new because they took the time to clean inside and out!

Jamie was absolutely perfect! He made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable that I’m already planning to come back and trade in my Ford Ranger for another car from this dealership. My new Mercedes has been fantastic, with no issues at all. I can’t give anything less than 5 stars for the great service and quality. Highly recommended!

For a first time customer at Birchwood Motor Centre I thought everything went as well as it could. I was able to view the Corsa in my own time, Dean was always on hand to help and the whole process felt very smooth. It was great to be able to take the car out on a test drive as it gave me a good feel for the car before going ahead with it.

Mitch was fantastic 10 out of 10 for him. I need to take my Fiesta in to get checked out just because I can hear a slight squeak but otherwise I'm getting on fine with the car.

Really pleased with the car Fiat 500, it’s currently sat on the drive waiting for my daughter to turn 17. Mitch was the salesman on the day and he was great, there was no pressure at all, and he even offered a test drive. We communicated mainly by email, but after heading down to see the car it was exactly as described. There was some negotiation on price, and I was happy with the deal. 5* experience!
