I travelled a long way to Birchwood Motor Centre after spotting a car online but it wasn't a wasted trip because the car was perfectly advertised and the team were very professional throughout. Dean even managed to save me some money when going through the finance, which was great of him. I would highly recommend to others.

The boys at the dealership couldn't have made the process of buying my car any easier to be honest. I saw the Ford on the forecourt, they did a finance check which took 15 minutes, and the car was mine. Quick in & out job and since driving away the car hasn't missed a beat.

Honestly I love my Ford Kuga! - It's been a great car and I'm enjoying it. I did have a small issue with the engine management light coming on, but after calling the dealership they got it booked in, and it turns out to be a small DPF issue, which was quickly resolved. You can tell a dealerships true intentions on how they handle situations after the sale and it's clear that the team at Birchwood Motor Centre put customers first!

Dean couldn't have been any more accommodating while I was making my purchase! I came to see the Ford Kuga after seeing it online and he showed me to it but then left me to look around it at my own pace but he was close enough in case I had any questions. He even showed me how to use the Apple CarPlay before driving off, which was a great help.

Everything is going well. When I first enquired about the car I was greeted by the lovely sales team, who were very informative and really good to deal with. 1 test drive later and the car was mine. I've had no concerns just yet, s I'm happy.

Dean was a lovely gentleman and I had confidence in everything he told me about the car and the paperwork. He wasn't trying to rush anything while I was making my decision and after explaining something he wouldn't go onto the next thing until I didn't 100% get it. I only tend to do local trips but the Nissan has been great for now and I can't complain. If someone asked me where I got my car from I'd happily recommend Birchwood Motors.

Definitely deserving of five stars without a doubt. The Lexus is the best car I've ever driven, coming away from BMW and Mercedes which I won't be going back to. Jamie was amazing because he told me everything I needed to know about the car before going ahead with it, giving me full confidence. Faultless overall.
