I have no bad words to say about the buying of my car. Jamie was fantastic and was not a pushy sales rep at all. The keys were handed to me and I was given as much time as I wanted to look over and test drive the car. I noticed that one of the tyres needed replacing and they replaced it prior to me picking it up. I felt very comfortable and it was easily the best experience I’ve had with a dealer. The finance was very easy and got me a decent interest rate. Whilst waiting for the finance to go through I had a chat with Jamie who as I said was very nice. I’ve covered around 3K miles in the 3 weeks I’ve had the car and it’s pretty much faultless. I had one small issue with the Heads Up Display but as a mechanic (of sorts) I sorted this myself without notifying the dealer as it was a very simple fix and not worth the hassle of an actual garage.

I would rate my overall satisfaction a 5.

Salesmen are usually quite generic, and you tend to get the same service across the board, but Dean was a great help. Everything he said he’d do before I got the car, he did. He was accommodating, and although it’s the Mrs's car, everything is going alright as far as I’m aware. Shout out to Dean for all his help.

Everything with my Jaguar E-Pace has been all good, it's going well. Jamie has been good as gold throughout the process. I know Dean personally, and that’s why I’ve had my last five cars from him, it's always a great experience. 5 stars.

I Was dreading the purchase of a new car, but after finding something I liked at Birchwood, I found the team there an absolute pleasure to deal with, and they made the purchase a pleasurable experience. Jamie and Dean really looked after us. No pressure sales here gave me the keys and allowed us to spend as much time as we needed on our own just driving around the car drome. After the viewing, Jamie gave us a lift home, how kind! Upon purchase, they even filled the car with petrol before I took delivery. The car (Renault Kadjar) is lovely and with a year warranty, worry-free, but above all, the service is absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Jamie and Dean.

We were waiting for some money to come through so couldn't buy it immediately, but the dealership was really understanding. They let us put a deposit down and held it until we could make the payment which was very much appreciated.
