I had been in contact with Jamie as I was on the look out for a specific car but at the time they didn't have what I wanted. I wanted a BMW 3 Series, but was quite picky with the spec etc. I got a phone call off Jamie on a Thursday telling me he's just had a nice 3 series in that he thinks I would be interested in, I went down on the Saturday and left a deposit straight away, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. The lads didnt even advertise the car knowing how interested I was. The customer service was second to none, absolutely brilliant, they really looked after me. I went back to collect the car a couple of days after and it was clean, tidy and in great condition. When I'm ready to upgrade I will 100% be back to Birchwood Motor Centre.

This is the first time I've purchased a car from Birchwood Motor Centre but it certainly won't be the last time, I will 100% go back here when I'm looking for a new car again. The guys down there was perfect, everything went smoothly and the staff were absolutely spot on! The Range Rover we purchased it perfect, its very nice to drive, a lovely car. I'm very happy with my Nissan Qashqai, its a lovely car, and the dealership was very helpful and friendly. The car was delivered to my house and was very clean and good condition.

I was a bit nervous buying a car without seeing it or test driving it, due to the restrictions the car had to be delivered to me without any prior viewing. I was also buying a car from a distance, I live over 2 and half hours away from Essex, so that was also a risk I took. I've got to say, the dealer did a fantastic job, everything went very well and they was brilliant through-out, I was updated, they was always ensuring I was happy with everything, I really cannot fault Birchwood Motor Centre at all.

The service was great at Birchwood, I dealt mainly with Dean and he was amazing, but there was a few guys I spoke to there, and everybody was polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, I'm really happy with the car I bought, its great, running beautifully, its just lovely, couldn't be happier. I had such a pleasant time buying from Birchwood Motor Centre, it was really easy to buy a car from the team. I found the BMW X1 on Autotrader on the Saturday night, left an enquiry, the dealer called me on Sunday, but because I was due to move house on the Monday I wanted that out of the way first, they said they would hold the car for me and we picked back up on Tuesday, everything went through, and they delivered the car to me on Friday... Literally the smoothest, quickest and nicest process of buying a car. I absolutely love the BMW, I've named her and she looks very pretty on the new drive. Can't thank the guys enough for making what is usually a stress-full experience, very pleasant and enjoyable. I will 100% recommend to everybody looking for a new car.

For the last 7 years I have bought my cars for Birchwood Motor Centre, its a faultless service and the cars the sell are top notch. This time round I've bought a Ford Focus, its great. Can't fault it at all, it's exactly as described, no hidden surprises, just a top quality car! I am thrilled with my new car from Birchwood, I bought a lovely Nissan Juke, and the car is fantastic. Its very comfortable, the size is great and it's lovely to drive, I couldn't have asked for much more from the lovely chaps down there. Since I've bought my Ford Kuga, I've not looked back. I have already saved so much money having this car, its so much cheaper on fuel, insurance, tax etc. I use the car everyday, so its making a big difference. I have changed from a BMW X5 3 litre, so its a huge difference. I'm really pleased with it, its amazing! Both Jamie and Dean helped me through-out the process, and they were both extremely helpful, very pleasant lads to deal with. I had a slight issue with the Kuga, the clutch was sticking not long after I bought it, Birchwood Motor Centre took the car back in, and replaced it straight away, tis been brilliant since! I will 100% use this dealership again to buy a car, really impressed.
