My Brother bought his new car from Birchwood Motor Centre not so long ago, he was really impressed with them, when I was looking for a new car, he recommended I went here. I'm really glad I did, I was looked after, they guys were brilliant. I bought a Ford Kuga and so far, its been a dream, really enjoying it. I will buy here again and recommend to others, and I know my brother will continue to recommend too.

I can't give anything other than top marks, the dealer did everything they said they would, they delivered the car to me, took my part exchange away, they made it very easy for me, great customer service. I've had the car looked over by a friend who is mechanic, and he said the car is spot on. I always have him look over any cars I buy, so very impressed.

After such a great experience with Birchwood Motor Centre, I went and dropped a box of chocolates off with the guys that helped me. They were absolutely fantastic! I can't fault the car or service provided, it was perfect from the start. Its the first time I've used this dealership, but I will go back here when I'm looking to change my car again. I bought an Audi TT, its only a few years old, and its a beautiful car, I really do love it! I would 100% recommend Birchwood to anybody looking to buy a car from a genuine dealer.

Next time I'm looking to buy a car Birchwood Motor Centre will be the first place I look! Dean was brilliant, and he definitely knows his stuff - which makes the difference, he was good as gold, can't fault anything he did at all. He got everything sorted quickly as well for me. I've been to main dealers before and felt pressurised into buying, this was not the case, I was given time and space. Jamie was also very good, he sorted the finance side of things, and dealt with my part exchange, he was really helpful. I bought a Ford Focus, and from a Fiesta, there's a big difference, it soon shifts! I absolutely love it, its very nice to drive, and feels great when in it. I will 100% recommend this dealership to others.

The first time I bought a car from Birchwood Motor Centre was a while ago for my son, the guys down there were great, really helpful and friendly. I was in the market something new, so I checked the stock out, they had a Mercedes-Benz A Class, that fitted my criteria, age, mileage, spec, condition etc. I bought the car with confidence knowing how great everything was last time. The guys did everything they could, very helpful and on the ball. I did have a little problem and when I contacted Birchwood they got this sorted straight away, they couldn't have handled it any better, it was resolved very quickly. Car is fantastic now, very happy with it. I will be back when I'm looking to change my car again!

This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Birchwood, the guys helped me out so much, they did more than expected, and went out of their way to get me what I wanted. The Audi A1 is running like a dream, its absolutely perfect! I will happily be back when I'm ready for an upgrade! I have bought 2 cars previously from Birchwood, and I have gone back again for my 3rd, a Mercedes A Class, I will always use this dealership to buy my cars moving forward, they are honest, reliable and genuinely nice people.
