After a viewing a car on the Birchwood Motor Centre website that looked good and was fairly priced, we called to ask further questions before agreeing to travel the 100 mile round trip to look at it. We were told "it's a lovely motor, top spec!" Shocking!!! The price in the windscreen of the car did not even match the price in the rear window of the car let alone the price advertised on website. In fact the only match was the reg plate! The roof was full of dents, initially the salesman said "oh i hadn't noticed" before going on to say "the previous owner had a roof rack"! The website said FSH, the spec on display with the vehicle said nothing about this, it may well have had FSH but the salesman (after my husband pointed out the dents and iffy paint work here and there) was NOWHERE to be found (keen to sell it then?) The cars for sale are either side of a petrol station so upon returning to our car, we popped into the other office and 'had a word' 2nd salesman was apologetic BUT made no effort to try and pursue a sale! Maybe they don't need the custom, fair enough but with such POOR customer service they soon will!

A friend brought a really nice insignia from Birchwood Motors and so recommend them to me based on his experience in buying his car from them. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in but not pushy. I picked up my new car this morning and so far so good. Very happy.

I bought my 2009 ford focus back in 2015 only gripe I have was the car was not cleaned when I picked it up and also the salesman told me that the car was fitted with handsfree systerm built into the radio answer no Other than that I got a good deal

I bought a SAAB from Birchwood Motor Co back in April. The service was very good apart from the fact that the dealer said that the car would be valeted and it wasn't but other than that very good. The car was in very good condition bar a few minor issues including problems with the air conditioning but this was easily sorted out. The car was very good value for money and I would happily recommend this dealership.

My wife dealt with most of of the process when we purchased our Ford in April. I went down myself to sign the paperwork at Birchwood Motor Centre and finalise everything. We were both really happy with the dealership and have recommended them to a friend already. Its been a few months as I said and so far so good as far as the car is concerned.

Pleasure to do business with Birchwood Motor Centre. The car I bought from here was Ford S-Max which I can tell you was superb and very clean. I have already recommended Birchwood Motor Centre to a friend, that's how great they are. Completely pain free experience. I have also had no reasn to go back and have any issues resolved by them as there have not been any in 2 months.

I really did not have a good experience at Birchwood Motor Centre, there was a lot of things promised that should have been done that havent. Not sure its been serviced which it wasn't to be done. Really not happy, he has made money out of it above the price i paid which was top whack with no haggling. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, i did rush things through so i had things done, so many excuses and should have walked away.
