This February I bought my 4th car from Birchwood Motor Centre, and once again I am extremely pleased with the service and the car. I ended up choosing a Nissan Qashqai this time around out of there extensive selection of cars and its perfect, people usually say 5* service but there isn't a star rating number high enough. Thanks Guys!

I live within walking distances of Birchwood Motor Centre, which meant when I was after a new car it was only fair I had a little look. When I first got there I was kindly greeted by Jamie, I explained to him I was only looking at this point in time, and he was great about thi - he said no worries, if you need anything ill be over here. Amazing! No pushy sales, which gave me time to browse. I ended up with a great Ford Kuga and I am really happy with the car. I did have a couple of issues with the car initially, as you would expect with a second hand car, but I cant fault Jamie and the team at Birchwood Motor Centre on how quickly they dealt with these issues, I was in and out in the same day. Thank you Jamie - You were great!

When I was needing a upgrade I knew exactly where I was heading, I have bought 6 cars from Birchwood Motor Centre over the years, I can honestly say there isn't another dealer like these, they are helpful, friendly, I can say with confidence that I will go back there again in the future.

We decided on a new car, so the wife an I picked a day and drove around the dealerships near us. We are not the type of people that will buy the first thing we see , and wanted to make sure we were making the right choice. We knew about Birchwood Motor Centre and I am sure we bought a car from them in our earlier years. But anyway, we arrived there around 10am, had a lovely chat with Mitch and a little look at the car, but wanted to continue to shop about. About 6 hours pass and we have been to a few more dealerships but the Citreon C4 at Birchwood Motor Centre was ranking 1st in our books. So he headed back, at this time it was about 4pm, but Mitch greeted us with as much energy as he had in the morning, he sent us out on a test drive so we could get a feel for the car and then we were happy to go ahead. An hour later we drove home in our new car, the whole experience was absolutely brilliant, no pushy sales tactics just a honest conversation and good quality cars. When we are in need for another car in the future, I would return and most defiantly recommended.

Bought my Ford Focus from Birchwood Motor Centre back in Feb, it was a great experience. All the staff are very nice and polite, very informative. I have been using my car everyday and its been bob on.

I found Birchwood Motor Centre, whilst I was going through Zuto to get my car finance. They have a recommended dealer list and I thought if my finance company are recommending them they have to be good, and they were not wrong this dealership is fabulous! Throughout the initial conversations I didn't speak to them much due to Zuto doing allot of the discussions for me. But when it came to saying yes to the car I was speaking to the salesman Mitch, he was very friendly and chatty, extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. Due to me living quite far away from this dealership I opted to get the car delivered. The car was delivered to my home by a staff member of Birchwood Motor Centre who lives locally to me and he was very pleasant and punctual. For the first month of having the car I was in love, then slowly the Focus started to have some issues, I called them up at Birchwood Motor Centre and they were beyond helpful. Due to the distance I was from them, they offered to get a mechanic to come to my home to do a diagnostic, then would rectify the issues close to my home, which meant I didn't have to make the drive to them, this really impressed me. Since that call they have been extremely attentive and communicating regularly with me. They have bent over backwards to help me, where other dealers may have washed there hands and said its not our problem. I'm looking forward to getting my car working to its full potential soon and I cannot thank them enough at Birchwood Motor Centre for there help.

I used Birchwood Motor Centre recently to buy my new Toyota Yaris and it was an amazing experience. The car is fabulous, Im really enjoying it. But I have to say the star of the show has to be Jamie, he was amazing with me. You see I am from the Ukraine, and English isn't my 1st language, so I was struggling slightly in parts to understand, but Jamie slowed everything down for me, he spent along time with me to help me understand everything, I left the dealership with confidence in my new car, as Jamie explained everything so thoroughly to me. Thank you Jamie, your time and kindness will never be forgotten and if I ever need a car again, Jamie will be the only one that I will go to

What a great dealership! - I've had my car for over a month now, and I love it! I'm driving it every day, so I've put some miles on it. You wouldn't be able to tell that it's a second hand car because the drive is so smooth. I would highly recommend this company.
