He blew me away with his knowledge, he answered every single question I had, and knew the car like the back of his hand, he was fantastic. I was given as much time as I wanted when I was viewing the Mercedes, it was nice to break away from the hard selling salesman. I gave Dean the go ahead once I was back from the test drive and the sale was finalised in a matter of minutes. I would happily return again for my next buy, and I look forward to doing so! Kelvin was my salesman when purchasing my Ford Focus and he was absolutely perfect. He really went out of his way for me and ensured that the transaction was as smooth as possible. I cannot give a single fault about the service provided by BMC. I did have a minor issue with the car and they got it in the garage straight away and resolved this for me. Within a matter of hours I was back to driving my car, and it has been perfect since the fault was resolved. The service they provide is on another level, they are fantastic from to start to finish and even after. The transaction was so fast and efficient and was completely hassle free. I would definitely return to these guys for my next car, but for now I'm super happy with my Mokka!

Birchwood Motor Centre are up there with the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle. They really go the extra mile and make sure you have the most successful experience, with-out the usual stress.
