Bought a 1.6 Ford Fiesta Titanium from John at Birkbrow Motor Company just over a month ago. John made sure the car was MOT'd and serviced, as well as throwing in a full tank of diesel, 1 years tax, fresh reg plates and the official Ford car mats. John was very helpful and ensured the process of purchasing the vehicle was as quick and straightforward as possible. The car had a couple of minor cosmetic issues upon purchase however John sorted these out with no trouble within the first week of purchase. We bought Ford Fiesta Zetec beginning of September. Car was presented in a very high standard. We were put under no pressure at all and Steve the salesman was very helpful and professionall nothing seemed to much trouble. The car has been first class and we are very pleased with it. When I first went to have a look around, John allowed me time to browse with no pressure. Although I had my eye on a particular Megane, I really appreciated not being pounced on and being given time to look at other cars too. Organised a test drive of the car and it drove great. I noticed a tiny couple of marks on the rear bumper and John organised for the whole rear bumper to be resprayed (all included in the price of the car). Little touches like this really impressed me.
