Bought a 09 Ford Fiesta 1.4 Tdci with 23,000 on the clock, a very clean and smart car. I also had the Guardx paint treatment applied upon purchase (£300 worth). From day one I had issues with the vehicle, struggling to pull away uphill and a lack of power. Reported to Birkbrow several times who told me to go to various garages to get sorted. Six months in I have a new turbo fitted (on the advice of Ford as the original had been tampered with by previous owner) and still having the same problems. Birkbrow have, throughout this time been very unhelpful and quite willing to pass the blame onto other parties. This car is the fifth purchase from them, as my parents have also had 3 cars from them. I will not buy another car from them, and would seriously advise other buyers to do the same. They have not wanted to know once I had reported the problems about the fiesta. Very unhelpful and a disgusting attitude towards a loyal customer. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.
