I bought my Kia car from here last week. I really appreciated that John allowed my daughter and me time to look around and get a feel for which car size wise would work for our family. There was no pressure of pushing different vehicles as I explained I’d already looked on Facebook and had a rough idea of which ones I wanted to see. All cars had great low mileage which I was keen to have. Great to be able to pay a low deposit to secure the car being sold to me. Updates over phone and email to say deposits and balance were received and also to confirm collection time/day. Smooth collection and all useful info shown eg how to open petrol cap and where the wheel nut and manuals etc were. And excellent service of tax being set up for me too. Thank you! Would definitely recommend this car dealership to people.

Renault Scenic been fine since I bought it 2 months ago. Was low mileage and seemed a fair price. Karl answered questions I had and was not too pushy.

I purchased my car from Birkbrow Motor company, having recently finished work after s diving company vehicles for many years. What I particularly liked about this company was that the salesman whom I dealt with, John, was not all pushy, allowing me to look at the car, which I had first seen on Facebook, at my leisure. After making the decision to purchase, there were a couple of things that needed sorting out, so leaving a deposit I was told of the process and then advised that the car would be ready by the weekend. John even sorted out the transfer of ownership, and taxing of the car before we left the site. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage or dealing wth them again in the future.

I received excellent service from start to finish, Karl talked me through the process and made sure I understood everything putting me at ease. I’ve recently just purchased a white lovely Vauxhall Adam & I must say it was top class service from John, so professional & made it so easy in helping me to choose my car.
