Have just purchased about my 6th car from this friendly family run dealership ,going back many years !,there is a no pressure attitude and they listen to what you want and require in a vehicle ,have never gone to any other dealership and my daughter is the same (3 cars) thanks to Paul for running this dealership for years in an honest and friendly way ,thanks also to Carl,Steve and specially John for their welcome each time i have called in ,i can honestly recommend this company to anyone wanting a hassle free visit to a car dealership.

I highly recommend visiting Birkbrow motor LTD if in search of a car. All cars are in great condition, all very clean and fairly priced. Great customer service start to finish. I test drove a couple of cars here and they took the time to explain and go through the car and it’s function. All very knowledgeable and helpful very happy.

Had my new car just over a week now and very happy with it. 2 weeks ago the family and I went for a drive out locally with me in half a mind of looking at new cars when we called in at BIRKBROW MOTOR CO. This was the first place we'd looked and immediately my attention was drawn to a Meriva in immaculate condition (as were all the cars on display). One of the guys (Karl) came out to see us and couldn't have been more helpful. There was no pressure to buy but anything I wanted to know about the car was no trouble at all to Karl. Having decided I liked the car it came down to the matter of money! The car was fairly priced to begin with but I was offered, again without pressure, finance options. Karl also offered me what I considered a very fair price for my old car in part exchange. Within an hour of walking into the first place I had visited the deal was done! In all, this was an excellent service from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BIRKBROW MOTOR CO. It won't be long before my wife and daughter both need cars and we will going to see Karl and his colleagues again!

Bought a fiat 500 recently. Car was immaculate with low mileage,,had a full years MOT and a service prior to pick up. The salesman John was very professional, and helpful. Definitely recommend this company.
