We had been calling a few times before visiting in person to check what cars were available and what was coming in Etc. Karl was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Both John and Karl were very professional and courteous and dealt with any queries which I had. The vehicle which I purchased was in excellent condition and indicated low mileage. A bargain!! Really great, reasonably priced cars and Karl was such a great help. Not pushy at all and really listened to what I wanted. For my first time buying a car, I had a brilliant experience and felt very informed - the process was made so easy and details were explained to me if I was a unaware. I love my new car! Great service and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the area!

I bought a car from Birkbrow Motor Company because of the low mileage cars and the overall condition of the vehicles for sale. I was met by John who was friendly and talked about the car I eventually purchased. The sale was completed by Karl, nothing was too much trouble and he went over everything to do with the car and was happy to answer any questions. Would recommend if looking to purchase a car and would buy from again.

Good selection of low mileage, immaculate cars at competitive prices. Karl, at the Marske site, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable while showing me around the car I was interested in. The day after a test drive the car was serviced, MOT’d and ready for me to collect. Karl dealt efficiently with all the paperwork online, for both my purchase and part exchange, and within the week I had my new logbook and tax refund.
I’ve driven the car for a week now and am very pleased with it.

I bought a super car from here. The Salesman, Steve, couldn’t have been more helpful. I felt under no pressure to buy - he just answered all my questions and explained about the car I liked and let me test drive it.
When I went to pick the car up, Steve very patiently explained all the controls and panel inside.
The car is great and was immaculate when I collected it. Very well valeted.
I highly recommend Birkbrow Motor Company!
