Recently purchased a family car and Steve was the sales person. He was excellent throughout and made the process very easy! I've bought cars here before and they are by far the best in terms of quality and customer service. Steve is clearly passionate about the quality of the service and ensuring customers are at ease.

I can only commend the company for their sales staff and overall service. I didn't buy a car the first time I went but came away with different ideas about what would meet the needs of my family. I did changed my mind a few times about exactly what I wanted but the staff were very patient and I eventually found my ideal car. I can't thank them enough. I was that impressed that we are going back for a car for my daughter who has just past her driving test this month.

Just bought our second car from Birkbrow Motor Company,cannot fault them at all.Steve met us on arrival and was extremely helpfull and knowlegable throughout the whole process,he was very patient answering every question we put to him,we were offered a great deal so we did not even consider looking elsewhere. Highly recommend this company and i personally would not hesitate in using them again in the future
