I found my car on Car Gurus and emailed an enquiry. Karl got back to me straight away and I arranged to view it when they reopened on 2nd December. I drove my spotless new car away 2 days later. Very satisfied with the service I was given.

Having popped in to browse potential new cars, I was given first class, individual customer service from sales man Steve! He provided all the information my son and I needed, about several cars that we were interested in. Never pushy, and very professional yet friendly too! We settled on a car that is perfect for us, able to accommodate grandchildren and dogs, whilst also having that wow factor! The car was delivered the next day, sparkling and beautiful, with all paperwork dealt with for me! Wonderful company! Their great reputation is well deserved! Thank you all, but especially Steve! I missed out on the first car I enquired about as it was sold very quickly! :) but Karl who I spoke to took my number as another similar car was due in that week. He rang me the day it came in and I went to see it that evening. As the mileage was very low and the car looked almost new, I put a deposit down that day! After requiring a replacement car after my Nissan was written off I had been searching all over for a replacement but had no luck until I contacted Karl at Birkbrow motors. After meeting Karl and looking at a few vehicles I test drove a Citroen C1which I found ideal for my daily use as mobile maintenance. The car was immaculate condition and supplied fully serviced and with a full MOT with only 31k done it has been a perfect find for me. Just collected my new car from Birkbrow Motors! Brilliant service. Karl was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. It was my first time buying a car and within two days, the car was ready to pick-up and I was away. Really lovely and accommodating family business, would definitely recommend and come back again! Absolutely no criticisms or complaints; couldn't fault purchasing from them. Also worth noting that during the COVID pandemic, this is a business which fully respects and complies with guidelines. My car was given an ozone clean and sanitised before I left, Karl wore a mask and gloves during the test drive and all staff fully respected distancing at all times. They even have screens and other precautionary measures in the offices, so the whole experience was comfortable and easy!
