Went to dealers shop on 9-2-22 looking at a new car was not approached by any one 4 staff sitting on there desk doing nothing walked out I. Disgusting nobody wanted my money really surprised
I was sold a car that was not road legal, I had to call the AA the same day I drove away from the dealership with my purchase. I was driving around in a courtesy car for almost 3 weeks whilst my car was being repaired. I found myself in an explosive argument with the service manager named Matt, employees and customers were watching the two of us exchanging blows. The argument was over negligence which had lead to the car being in its illegal not road worthy condition which potentially put my life and others peoples health at risk. I was told the AA don’t know what they are talking about in relation to what was wrong with my vehicle and this lead to another heated argument. Also, I was being told conflicting stories by the sales manager Nick and the service manager Matt which lead to me walking up and down the stairs numerous times speaking to them individually over who knew how what where and why was the car sold to me in its illegal condition. I reported everything to trading standards. The only decent things to talk about are the courtesy car which was an Audi Q2, I was in contact with two women named Cathy and Sally who work at Listers HQ in Stratford upon Avon. Those two are superstars, especially Cathy and they are also the only two people to say “Mr Hutchinson we are sorry”. Finally, I was also given compensation. If you ever read this Cathy and you have not yet experienced Launch Control in an Audi TTS give me call anytime…it’s explosive 💥

I purchased an Audi A3 and I had an amazing time visiting the Birmingham Audi Shirley branch Stratford Rd. Great customer service and amazing people especially Pindi, Amar and Josh. Really understood our needs and what we wanted and provided everything we asked for and more. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Rip off Last year on 16th March I bought an Audi A6 black edition car from Birmingham Audi Solihull branch, I paid £13000 deposit and rest of the balance was settled on finance for five years, with the gap, smart insurances and warranty, they made a package around £19000. After a year same dealer refused to put my car on service plan as according to them my car engine was modified on 24/02/2017 just three weeks before I bought the car from them. So far I had three meeting with Audi Approved Used Cars Manager the one who sold the dodgy car to me and Audi Cars Service Manager they both came up with three options: Option 1, to give you peace of mind we will replace the Engine ECU with a new one, and supply a 2 year Service Plan for you free of charge, we will also provide you with a cheque for £250 for you inconvenience. · Option 2, we will buy back your car from you at today’s Retail Value of £14,000. (any outstanding finance will need to be settled from this) · Option 3, we will look to find you a similar car to sell you on preferential terms, we will PX your car at the Retail Value not the Trade Value, and supply the new car on preferential terms, this may need additional financial input from you if the vehicle is an upgrade. Now they put everything in the mess, If I go with the first option my car insurance will be 165 % more what I am paying now because it will still show the engine modification mark. If they buy the car from me, I will have to pay all outstanding finance, and will be left with around £9000. (Despite the fact, so far I have paid around £1500 finance and £13000 deposit).

Shocking customer experience from start to finish with Audi Birmingham. Turn up to see a car at an agreed time and it is not there. Arrange another date and then get told it is not good enough to be sold even though it appeared on their website!!

BOOKED CAR IN FOR FAULT at Birmingham Audi Solihull . checked in car at dealership received great service while booking in the car. After that is all down hill as they took 1-2 days to return email, over a day to return calls , No detailed updates on works , wanted more Money to investigate issues already highlighted after other works completed. and talk to you like your stupid !!! After sales service at this dealership is shocking !!! Avoid.

This is the first time I have bought a car from a showroom, 2 weeks ago I went into Audi showroom to have a look at cars, I wanted a Audi A1. The gentleman who helped us was brilliant and very knowledgeable, what I wanted and what my affordability was he showed me those cars. He answered all our questions in a very polite manner. He was a sincere person and honest. I would like to say people who are looking for cars you should go and see khushal Khan, he deals with used cars, he is very approachable and he will get the best car for you and they won't over charge you. I love my car and thank you to Audi team in Solihull Stratford road for all your help and assisting me with all the help I needed. Well done khushal Khan and the manager Jason Firth. You both have been amazing. I will definitely recommend Birmingham Audi.

In August, I purchased an Audi A4 from here. The car was immaculate when I received it and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were really helpful and knowledgeable and the price of the car was excellent. I would 100% recommend Birmingham Audi to anyone.
