I was told that I had to pay a deposit before viewing the vehicle and that if I did not like it I would get my deposit back. Well I left the deposit and viewed th car and didnt believe it was suitable for my needs. I asked for my deposit and was told that I would get a text message asking for my account but I didnt get the message I had to send him the message and them phone to see if he got it. I was I asked about my deposit again and was told it would be in my account on Friday well I'm still waiting. PLEASE beware as dealers are requesting deposit stating a refund but your most likely not going to get it back.

I bought a Peugeot RCZ the very next day the fuel rail went on it they tried to make an excuse when I rang to say I’d put the wrong fuel in the car in the end I found out myself what it was and surprise surprise the fuel rail broken they got it sorted after a number of complaints to them then after dropping it off the engine light came on once again another problem only had the car over 6 months now and I’ve spent about 2000k getting it fixed they also used something to keep the wires for the sensors in place instead of getting the problem Fixed so I’ve had to sort that to I spend nearly 5k on this car and what was meant to be my perfect car has turned into my worst nightmare spent most of my savings paying for the car and fixing it they also said I wouldn’t need at MOT for a year and it’s due today they are disgusting I don’t know how they sleep at night but karma is a good thing and one day all their bad deeds will come back to haunt them avoid avoid avoid please do not trust them they are vile

Staff at the Birmingham Car Centre were very helpful and allowed customers to plenty of time to make their decision. Although my choice of Ford Fusion 1.4 was a modest purchase I was made very welcome and all questions were answered clearly

I called Birmingham car centre about a Mercedes CLK 220 CDI sport, I had no chance of getting to them as I live over 100 miles away, I had to trust them 100 % to let me know the condition of the car, Vaz told me all the marks on the car and condition of the wheels. I bought it with out looking at it, a new MOT and service was done, then delivered to my house at a slightly extra cost. The Merc turned up and looked smashing, I'm still smiling.

Avoid - Birmingham Car Centre will happily Sell You A Shed! Bought a car from them, they got it MOT'd for me. It passed with some minor advisories, turns out it never should have passed and has cost nearly £600 so far to put some of the work right, and there's still at least another £300 to spend on the car. > Air in Brake Lines > Required new Bearing & Hub > Track Rod End needs replacing > CV Boot Loose > Ball Joint Split & Leaking Grease > No Oil in the car whatsoever > Needed a Full Service > Cambelt Pulley & Tensioner Needed Replacing > Clutch on its way out This is just the work that's been spotted by my mechanic, and they haven't even checked the car over fully. No Warranty with the car, which wasn't advised until I was at the garage signing the paperwork and paying the cash for the car! Total Dodgy Dealers. Google South Birmingham Motors, this is what they used to trade as!

Where to start with Birmingham Car Centre. This car dealer is a sham. Avoid at all costs! Registration papers for the vehicle were a mess, clearly sold to someone else before and they brought it back! I bought a vehicle from them this year, on google reviews someone had written a review about a vehicle which matched perfectly the description of the vehicle I was going to look at and had said ‘this vehicle had an engine light and oil light on, so did not buy’ I then asked the dealer if this was describing the same vehicle as the one I was looking to buy, they said it was not. I drove over 80 miles to view the vehicle (after making an appointment) to find that the vehicle was not with the dealer and was in fact at the garage. I could therefore not test drive the car and could only see it at the garage and no sales person could come with me. The car was in great condition on the exterior and so I thought it was worth another look another time. Second time of coming up, I took the car for a test drive and the engine light came on. I said I wouldn’t take the car because of this. The salesman said look, if I let you take it to a specialist where you are and get the problem fixed and I’ll pay the cost of the repairs will you take it. I said yes providing this term was written on my receipt which it was. As I was driving back home, the oil light came on. (Shock!) so I called them and they said to get that fixed too. After taking it to my garage for repairs, it was found there was many faults under the one fault code. I updated BCC the whole way through the process as to where we were with repairs and costs etc but relieved no reply. I then called them and their response was ‘I didn’t give you an open cheque book, you were meant to claim under the warranty’. However, when he sold me the car he told me not to go through the warranty as the engine light was on (making the warranty void). I therefore said right you can have the car back, I want a full refund. After three letters warning of a court case being brought against them they instructed a solicitor who said I would have to give BCC a chance to repair it themselves. They refused to collect the car so I have had to take it all the way back to Birmingham myself. When I tried to get them to sign a document mearly saying they were not responsible for the vehicle until I picked it up, they refused and would not sign. They had agreed through their solicitor to take my ill step dad to the nearest train station as he was dropping the car off for me. However, upon arrival they said they weren’t going to do so. These people are awful. They will happily sell you a broken shed and say it works perfectly as a car. Be warned, they have a plug in machine which turns fault codes off the dash board until the system realises they still exist. I know this because when I went to collect the car, they said ‘look if I press this button, there’s not a fault anymore’. Yes it is my fault for being in this situation and believing them, however I wish to stop anyone else from being put in my position. These people are so rude, they try and be-little you into thinking you’re in the wrong and will say ‘the court of law’ just to scare you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bought my first car from Birmingham Car Centre, went to several different dealerships in the area, found this one and stopped searching, they are friendly helpful genuine knowledgeable and helped me get a first car that far exceeded my expectations in every way, it was cheaper in far better condition and an excellent car anyway, its well worth going out of your way to come here.
