Elaine took care of my service plan dealing with some administrative issues taking the hassle away for me. I was even allowed temporary use of an office for some private calls. I've had the pleasure of visiting the Lexus Birmingham service center a few times now, and each experience has only reinforced my loyalty to the brand. The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks, which is a nice touch and makes the waiting time pleasant. They even provide workspaces, which are great for getting things done while you wait. For longer appointments, they offer a courtesy car, so I never feel inconvenienced by leaving my car for a few hours. The service itself is always top-notch. The technicians are thorough in their work, and I appreciate that they keep me informed throughout the process. They provide a detailed rundown of what work was completed, and any recommended future maintenance is explained clearly, without any pressure to commit immediately. Lexus fitted me in at short notice for service and MoT. Booking process was easy, follow up information and reminders were good, warm welcome at the dealership and all work carried out to a high standard with video sent via phone to show the condition of the vehicle. Car was valeted to a high standard. Excellent service overall.

My NX300h went in for its 40,000 miles service. This is my 3rd Hybrid Lexus and I am a full convert having previously had BMWs, Audi's. Mercedes etc. The team are always helpful in particular Elaine England in service reception who has been in the role for many years. A full service was carried out under my service plan and the car cleaned ready for me ahead of the ahticatoed time so I avoided the rush hour traffic.
