I bought a honda civic from these guys in june 2015. The service received was very good and they offered to address any issues i had with the vehicle,no matter how small. I had the pleasure to deal with Richard Dunham,who took on board any issues i had and sought to resolve them immediately. I can honestly say,the car has been great and i would certainly consider dealing with them again.

We bought our Nissan Qashqai from Biscuit Motor Company a few weeks ago, I must admit after reading some of the bad reviews we were quite hesitant on whether or not to go ahead with the purchase but I'm pleased we did. We dealt with Ben throughout our purchase he was very helpful from start to finish. There was a small problem with the car a week or so after buying it but we were told to take it back and it was sorted right away. We would definitely use Biscuit Motor Company in the future, overall nice car, competitive prices and really great service.

March 2014 phoned dealer to enquire on physical vehicle in stock described by Salesman as clean & in Retail condition. Negotiated a sizable discount I took the Salesman on his word and bought the vehicle unseen over the phone and transferred funds. I had vehicle collected and delivered to find Engine light on, gearbox problem, dent in roof and door showing signs of an attempted break in. Bits of parts missing off the vehicle, window rubbers not fitting correctly which made me inspect the paintwork further to note it had extremely poor paint repair to:- wing, driver door, both back passenger doors, both rear 1/4 panels. Paint runs like orange peel & overspray all over it. I phoned the dealer back up to complain but they all play off each other pretending the other is not in to take the call but offer to pass on message and call you back which they don't. A shocking company to deal with!

This review has clearly been written by a competitor as these events have not taken place.
Picked up car it had a chip in wind screen, very poor repair undertaken, then had knocking noise on engine, bottom end blown? I paid for recon engine they fitted free, car broke down day after retun, loose leads on battery, two days later fuel pipe came off while driving, AA said car was too dangerous to drive,took to independent garage for repair, if you value your families safety, do not buy from this garage, please take heed of my experience.

Mr Pape, we conceed that there was a chip in the windscreen. We MOT'd the car at an independant garage prior to handover and usually chips are picked up at that point. We replaced the windscreen for you after a poor attempted repair from a subcontractor. In regard to the engine that had to be fitted for you - we both know that the reason for the breakdown was that your friend (the mechanic) serviced the car himself for you. He overfilled the oil by 5 litres, and over compressed the engine, causing it to fail. Initially you denied this, but after we showed you the evidence you decided that the truth would be best and admitted to your friends error. Here at Biscuit Motor Company we pride ourselves on great customer service and our affordable, safe and well presented cars. On occasion we do encounter difficulties when customers blow there own cars up, blame it on us and lie to cover it up!
