*ATTENTION* ATTENTION* Do not conduct ANY Business with this pathetic joke of a car dealership, their customer service and car standard is absolutely abysmal. A car crash of an organisation - no pun intended. I bought a fairly new used car, when i picked up the car and drove it back home - the car started to vibrate and shaked excessivley at motorway speeds. This is callous and dangerous to sell a car to a customer when it's not roadworthy. In addition, the rear wiper blade was broken. I asked several times before picking the car up for the service checklist, it took three weeks for them to get back to me on this. They sold a car on the deception that is has been through the appropriate checks when this was all A LIE! To top it off the courtesy car they gave me broke down the motorway, which Tony threatened me to pay excess LOL! I have since noticed on the service checklist that they happily sold a car with 80% wear gone on the front and rear brakes, squeaking noise when reversing and car movement when braking at high speeds. Tony (attached photo) is running a sinking ship - do not alight here. Robert has to be the most sarcastic, rude salesman i have ever witnessed.This company cut corners to save on time and money, but this can lead to your sudden death. Is it worth it? I am still waiting for Tony to get back to me regarding the wear on the brakes as this is not the expectation i expect from a "FCA regulated" company.

I seriously wish I could 0 stars. Went to visit some Fiat 500’s, the customer satisfaction was not acceptable nor helpful at all. Very appalling, and not a good representation for Fiat. We didn’t even get offered if we needed any assistance about any cars. Ian came across as lazy, as he couldn’t even tell me the registration number nor any significant information about the car! Very poor service! I didn’t get the feeling that they were interested in a sale, now that I have completed elsewhere. Bad service, is good for the competition!
I have a Fiat and bishops couldn’t be more helpful. I ve been going to them for years ,even though there are other dealerships much closer to home I can’t fault them at all.

I am really happy with my Jeep Compass from FIAT Bishops Guildford. Everything is hunky Dory, I have had no issues with the car up to now and I purchased it in August. The only thing is that the sat nav isn't up to date but that shouldn't be too hard to sort. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was a very good price. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Avoid Bishops Guilford, I had a very bad experience. Deposit paid on Jeep and unable to provide vehicle due to finance not going through. I purchased a new vehicle via another dealer and no concerns, the vehicle secured with finance within 20 minutes, deposit paid back in March and dealership have only just returned despite chasing on more than several occasions.
VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR CUSTOMER AND ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY.
