I bought a bmw 1 series f20 in January 2021 1st. Heating was blowing cold, I was told elements need to thor out. 2. No recent service 3. Fake mot, because when I had it checked it failed on numerous things. 4. No oil in the car at purchase 5. Faulty radiator 6. Damaged coolant tank They did pay for a service after being threatened with legal action. Im glad they're not trading anymore. Joke company with joke salesmen. And the manager acts like he's doing you the favour. ANYBODY WHO BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM IN THE PAST 5 YEARS SHOULD BE REFUNDED
We recently bought a Jeep. We were promised certain fixes which have not been fulfilled. As requested, we dropped the car to a garage. It was very unprofessional. The car was not repaired by the date promised. Only after complaining, were we then given a dirty Lexus as a courtesy car which was full of personal belongings like children's seats and bikes. This was cleaned and cleared out infront of us, upon request. Finally after some time, the Jeep was said to be ready, but upon checking all of the promised work was not done. Now we have been provided with a courtesy Yaris which had to be jump started tonight. I do not recommend this dealership as they do not fulfill their promises, and they put their customer at a lot of inconvenience. A note to all buyers, remember that you have rights for a full refund within 30 days of purchase per the Consumer Rights Act.

My son saved and bought his first car from Bisley Motors and had the warranty extended. Bought Dec 2020 and by feb 2021 there was an oil leak. Our mechanic took the car and had a look. He confirmed that in no way had the car been serviced for an extremely long time. It was sold to us as serviced and MOT. After getting a quote for the initial repair I spoke to "Jospeh" (the person who sold us the car) and he gave a verbal agreement to pay half of the cost. Post this work being done details were emailed and all event logged on email with no response from the company at all to date. Further damage to the car totalling £1,300 and a disappearing act from the company. Husband even visited the site again and was told that "Joseph" wasn't the owner anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE. THEY ARE A SCAM.
BUYER BEWARE! This is not a place you should buy from. SAVE YOUR MONEY! The cars are not in good conditions and dirty. The staff don’t respond when you ask questions. I reserved a car with WRITTEN agreement my deposit is refundable. After over a month and many one way emails I here almost nothing and still have not received it. I have given them plenty of chances but now I am raising a complaint with the motor ombudsman and seeking legal advice. There are so many good used car dealers out there. This is not one of them. Stay away! There warranty has no details and no actual garage associated with when asked.

I gave Bisley Motors a glowing review after I purchased my car. I could have extended the warranty, but chose not to as all of the cars I've purchased from Martin Leigh Autos have outlasted their warranties. Less than 1 year later the clutch has given out at 54k miles and I've only driven 2k miles of that. The clutch was clearly problematic when I purchased the car. I was assured and reassured but most importantly? I trusted them. Now I'm due to go see my son next week who's in hospital and I can't because I can't afford the cost of the repairs that should have been done before they sold the car to me. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. They're very smooth talkers, present as a family run business. Go to Martin Leigh folks.

If I can give a 0 star I will . Absolutely the worst place to buy a car . I bought a car with no advisories when we checked on there give them deposit with the promise of 1 year MOT . Ok all done . I have to wait 2 weeks the car to be delivered and I told them that I need it urgent. Ok not a problem it was busy. When I took the car there was 10 advisories on it . When I try to spoke with them and return the car because I was not happy about it they told me that is not possible and this is a second hand car and advisories are all fine. Xaxaxa joke. After that I want it just to return it but they told me that I’m going to lose the deposit which was not small (300£) STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Purchased a Mercedes A class back in December last year. Car was supposedly given a new MOT but not cleaned at all was full of pen marks and dirt. Lasted 1 day before the engine went into limp home mode and stopped working. Returned the car which they promised to get fixed, after ignoring us for weeks and not doing anything the 30 day return almost expired so we requested a refund. Nothing was ever done and now refund given. We were forced to get a CCJ in order to get a refund which was ignored and went uncontested. We then paid to get this converted into a high court writ. It took 9 months to get to this stage when we were finally able to get a refund as the enforcement officers turned up and got it. They were lied to and messed around. To make matters worse the car that I still legally owned and was not road worthy appeared back on the website for sale during the months we were claiming a refund. This listing included new pictures that showed the mats and accessories i had personally purchased for the car. Therefore I would recommend that you avoid them as much as possible or you will be out of pocket and have wasted a massive amount of time, not to count the money I spent on trains and taxis to get to work everyday during that 8 month period.

Offered a home delivery but not provided, 1 week time taken for taking MOT.

Avoid at all costs, google reviews are fakes, I've looked at every one! The car you purchase will be unroadworthy with a fake MOT. No after sales, all lies & unhelpful.

Car wasn't as described. Broke down the day after I picked it up. They refuse to give refunds and resort to just ignoring you. I am now having to pursue my refund through a solicitor. Absolute scammers. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
