As relatively inexperienced individuals when it comes to the world of cars we knew the basics of what we wanted but needed help finalising our choice. Have just sold on behalf of the company our 2021 Defender 90 Commercial to Baron and Sarah at BJC.
Baron was fast to respond with a very fair (and higher than competitors) outright purchase offer for the vehicle.
It was fantastic to do business with a local like minded business where passion for customer care and quality comes first. Within just 24 hours of agreeing the figure, the car was dropped to their premises, and a short exchange of docs and the money was paid instantly. Couldn't ask for much better service than that!
Baron is very passionate about the cars he sells, and am sure he will do well with this Land Rover, but if you are also looking to sell your car (or truck!) give them a shout, you won't be disappointed

Firstly I wanted to wait for my warranty (3 months) to end to write this review.
The spec of the car with the price it was advertised for attracted me at first but then immediately felt very warmly welcomed by Baron which made my decision on the car so much easier. He ran through any little flaws it had and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying.
He told me the car came with 3 months warranty which was fair. From the point I drove away till the end date the car had a few issues which totalled upto thousounds of pounds and not once did Baron give me a difficult time addressing them from very fast response to dealing with the garage of my choice. I can’t recommend his company enough. Fantastic job Baron thank you so much once again.

Well Deniz, we got there in the end I'm relieved to say! It doesn't always go to plan in the car business, we can inspect and prepare a car within an inch of its life and yet further down the line things can unfortunately still go wrong! All I can really say is that I appreciate your patience and graciousness in working with me to get it all sorted. You are an absolute gentleman and my aim was to get the car sorted for you so that you were happy. The fact that despite what went wrong you still wrote me a five star review is absolutely incredible and I really do appreciate it very much! In many respects this is the best review our business has ever received, based on the fact that things do go wrong in life and it's how they are handled that matters, we do try our very best to manage matters like these efficiently and professionally. Picked my jaguar up on Saturday. Arranged the time of visit to suit me, only customer there,(all meetings are by appointment only) Car was beautifully presented, under cover and gleaming.
Met Baron and Sarah Louise, smashing couple, made me feel special. Coffee and half hour chat about anything but the car. No pressure to complete the sale. Then out to the car, comprehensive handover so I felt confident to take it away.
The whole experience was more of a social meeting rather than a business transaction. A truly pleasant experience meeting two really nice people in a nice environment. Cannot rate the whole day any higher. Thanks to the both of you, and look forward to dealing with you in the future.
