Viewed an Audi a3 back in November, couple of scuffs on 2 alloys and was concerned about the timing belt when it was last changed, promised the timing belt would be changed and the alloys would be sorted.. and they was. Car was spot less inside and out and they even filled the tank up half way for the journey home. As well as giving me new mats for the car.. can’t fault the service I received.

Bought a £10000 car from here last year had nothing but problems with was told not to bring it back to them phone the warranty which I did £5500 in the first 3 months of having the car warranty work the car still has major problems but the warranty was only 3 months so stuck with a piece of junk how they are still trading beats me trading standards should shut them down

Went to view a red Golf gti on the forecourt. The car had more chips then McDonald’s a that wasn’t the worst thing. Back quarter panel was full of filler, an it was even a good job. Absolute disgrace. Plz avoid.

People always tell you to read the reviews first before buying a car… well I should of listen to them as the one stars are Totally right… Friend staff who promise they get everything sorted, over 3 weeks later and drive over 4 hours,m to collect the car, which they had already sign over to me on the V5, but still had same problem less then 20 mins of leaving the garage. When ask for a break down of what’s been done they could say and said what ever the mechanics have touched the fixed.. One thing they are good at is pushing the warranty, the words don’t ring us if it goes wrong just ring the warranty number… the warranty they offer isnt worth the paper it’s write on.. Disappointing for a family business…. Becareful

Recently purchased our 4th Car with BJH motors, great sales and after sales service. I like to change cars every 12 months due to heavy business mileage, hence 4th car, and it won’t be long before I’m looking for another part exchange deal

*AVOID* if you dont want to get robbed by these VILLANS. Ever so nice up to the point of sale, after that couldnt care what problems you have. I have had several problems since brought a car from these CON-MEN. 3 times in 4 months its been in and out of garages with different things wrong with it. First the drive belt went followed by the suspension collapsing whilst driving and after having just passed its MOT by BJH Motors. This should have and would have been picked up on inspection and should have FAILED however they put it through which led to further problems down the line (have reported it). After emailing Roger about the problems i was having i had no response so i decided to phone in and i was talked to like a piece of dirt and told he knew nothing about the problems i was getting even though my emails proved otherwise. Soon as i mentioned it shouldnt have gone through the MOT, he changed his tone and said it was a human error. After this issue was fixed there was still an ongoing problem with the steering rack (again should have and would have failed its MOT) however these decided to let it slip and sell it anyway before carrying out any work. This cost £1300 to be fixed. After speaking with warranties2000 they adviced i go back to the dealer BJH MOTORS and express the more recent concerns ive been having. I spoke with Roger and told him what was going on his response was, What do you want me to do about it. I explained everything that had gone wrong with the car from day 1 of purchasing it and he said he cant tell me anything about the car cause he knows nothing about it but still thought he would sell it for 7 grand with no history (or so he says). I told him id either like my money back or to replace the car with another one and his response was well thats not going to happen and nor is that going to happen. I then said to him, i may aswell got 7 grand and burnt it he then said well no not really youve had it 5 months. (Its been in and of garages 3 of them). Absolutely shocking behaviour for someone who's been going 40years. How theyve lasted this long, i'll never know. To all you buyers, be warned, be carefull and be sensible and go elsewhere - JUST BECAUSE THESE CARS LOOK THE PART I CAN ASSURE YOU NEITHER THE CARS OR THE DEALERS ARE WHAT THEY ARE MADE OUT TO BE. *FALSE ADVERTISING* - BJH you ought to be ashamed of yourselfs robbing people left, right and centre! * STAY AWAY*

I have no experience of BJH myself, but from what was mentioned about MoT, I know of one car that had at least two dangerously low tread tyres that has recently got a pass from them.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing our car! We are now having the exact same problems with BJH motors and warranties2000 after buying the car 6 months ago! There are 7 major requirement totalling up to £4,700 and apparently our warranty does not cover a single thing! Our car will not even start and we are out of pocket as my partner can’t get to work. We have been sold a death trap!
Several issues with the car… all played nicely nicer as when it was sold to us… fully comprehensive warranty is not fully comprehensive and we have reluctantly spent £745 on this car within three months as warranty company and bjh wanted us to buy c*** second hand parts of eBay? Really! AVOID I won’t be going back very rude and insolent when I complained no customer service what so ever not interested no different to any other shark car dealer !
Purchased a convertible in December 2021. Went back next day as roof was leaking. Various other issues since then. Roof is still leaking. BJH refused to take vehicle back and would not honour the warranty. Result is 11 months on I have a vehicle that leaks like a Sieve and is unfit for purpose. Substandard over priced cars. Avoid.

steer well clear, complete bodge jobs on cars. Brought a car not for for purpose at all, let me drive away knowing full well the airbags wouldn't deploy with my 5 year old in the car. Would not recommend to anyone!!
