I bought a Volvo C30 T5 from BJH Motors back in November (2016). I liked the guy's (Richard) attitude right from the start, he's very straight forward and down to earth. There were a couple of misunderstandings when I collected the car which meant it had not been MOT'd or valeted, I wasn't concerned one bit about the valeting anyway as the car was pretty much spotless anyway.
Richard sorted out an MOT for the car through a very reputable station here in my area in no time and apart from having to drive about half a mile to get it done I incurred no problems or costs whatsoever. I'm completely satisfied with the deal i got from BJH, they're about a 1h 40min drive from where I live but I wouldn't hesitate to make that journey again when I next need a car. Thank you Richard, you are an unusually honest guy and a good bloke to deal with.

Yes - in our hurry to get the car ready we hadn't finished the MOT off so we could issue the certificate - human error on the mechanics part - so we punished him by making him do oil changes on only the dirtiest of cars for a month..!! All sorted though - glad we could help !! Thanks

really nice approachable dealer, friendly and helpful with really good cars for sale. I purchased a Ford Fiesta from JH Motors back in September I love it! Great little car and I have had no bother with it at all. I am really pleased and I have no complaints at all.

Perfect experience with this dealership. I purchased a Subaru Legacy back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it what so ever. The dealers were very helpful, genuine and friendly and the car was a fantastic price. I would Definitely recommend this dealership.

Whilst the service wasn't perfect I was overall happy with the dealership, I would of appreciated the car being a little bit cleaner when I picked it up and there was also barely any petrol in it. That being said the car hasn't had any real mechanical faults and I did get a fair deal so that's more important really.

They take your money, they will charge you for fixing the car even though they knew about the faults. After buying a car form them, within 1 month there was oil leaks, gear box failure and problems with with steering. I contacted BJH Motors, however their reply was "we have a no refund policy" and that they would repair the car for me, however I would need to pay for the repairs. I spent £11k on buying the car, which after the paying for the repairs myself have now totalled £14.567.00. Unfortunately I would not recommend. My experience was a very costly one, it seems they will take your money for faulty cars which they know are faulty.
