DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE Sold the car I put a deposit on! I had put a deposit on a car, and was told this would hold it until the weekend when I had a test drive booked, and would prevent it from being sold! When I asked how this could happen as that's not how deposits work - I was told someone else had put a BIGGER deposit on the car! VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR _ UNACCEPTABLE.

I showed interest in a car on Weds 30th August via Blackbird Crossroad Motors (BCM)'s website. I was told that the car would be on site in a week and was asked to make a £50 refundable deposit On Weds 6th September I chased up the car. I spoke to Kalvir and he told me the car was still not on site, but that increasing the deposit to £500 would mean that he could go to his manager and make the delivery from the supplier a priority. I asked for Friday 8th September, but he said that was too soon. We then agreed that Tuesday 12th Sept would be more realistic. This was ok with me as that gave me time for house viewings before I started a new job As of Friday 15th Sept I had had no communication from BCM via email or phone. I then phoned them to inform them that I wouldn't be buying the car and therefore wanted the refundable deposit to be refunded. I was told that I would receive a call later that day or on Saturday 16th Sept from the manager, but never received a call I chased this up on Sunday 17th Sept and spoke to Clayton from Big Car World. He told me the car was on site on Friday 15th September, but appreciated that my situation had changed. He got Kalvir to call me, who lied and tried to claim that the car was also on site from Wednesday 13th Sept. He also lied and said that he had tried to call me during the week, but no calls had come through and I know that BCM have my phone number as they had called me before using it On Saturday 23rd Sept Clayton called me to tell me that Kalvir would discuss it with the manager on Monday 25th Sept and I would receive a call later that day I received no phone call all week, so again had to chase this up on Friday 29th Sept. I got a call from Nick from a different branch who said that he has to try and reclaim some losses incurred, to which I reminded him that this cost would have been incurred with or without my deposit. BCM are still refusing to refund this deposit and the matter will now be pursued in Small Claims Court.

Spoke to Daniel on 23rd jan after seeing a Fiat 500 for sale via the Carguru website. Answered my questions fine so I booked a test drive for Sat 4th Feb. Jack rang two days later (25th Jan - not really sure why) but I confirmed test drive was booked for 4th Feb. I then rang back on 26th Jan to pay a £50 holding deposit to take the car off the market as I was worried it may be sold, all seemed ok with this and it was confirmed car was now "off the market" We arrived on Sat 4th Feb a 40 mile journey) to test drive the car only to be told by Jack that it had been sold to someone else the day before. He had no explanation about how this could possibly happen, but asked "did you not get a phone call about it?" - why would we be stood there if we had received a flipping phone call!!!!! We had no option but to leave and drive home, he said he would process the refund of the £50 immediately and whatsapp the receipt to me, I asked if he could see his way to adding a few pounds on top to cover some of my wasted petrol - he said he would need to ask his boss I had ot ring 3 hours later to chase up the refund and I then received a whatsapp message showing the receipt and a message saying his boss wouldnt let him pay anything towards my petrol AVOID these cowboys!!!!

Bought a r line passat although spoke to Ray initially Jack and Dan took care of the sale good dealing with them eventhough they were short staffed . Once bought had I issue was refunded for new part overall good service NOT cowboys

I called on Wednesday afternoon and arranged to see the car the following day. I called at 8.30 in the morning to put down a small deposit as arranged. Ray made this very easy and was on time and ready to take payment, even though this was his day off. I arrived and was greeted by Jay who was very polite. We went for a test drive and then he gave me all the time that I needed to look around the car and check everything thoroughly. There was no rush or pressure and I felt very comfortable. After we went to the office, to do all the paperwork. Coffee and water was offered and all of the paperwork arranged. Finance was submitted and all went through as planned as again was easy. They went through a checklist of things to do and kept me involved every step of the way. Jack was in the office already and was a pleasure to talk to. Before I left, Ray came back to the office and met me. He was also very polite and helpful. All 3 just wanted to make sure that I was completely happy with the service and the car. All in all, my experience was brilliant and I would definitely buy from them again. I will be recommending my friends to them. I travelled from London, it took me 4 hours but it was totally worth it. The car is in fantastic condition and with the 3 months free warranty given as standard, I am certain I made a right choice. Thanks guys for a wonderful and easy car buying experience.

Great customer service from the team at blackbird crossroads motors, they helped me choose the right car as I only had a budget of £8k, they even gave me a really good price for my part exchange. Thank you to Ray & Jay who were both really helpful. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
