I was a bit sceptical when we pulled up at the car dealers as I had always bought from a main dealer previously. The car I had reserved was looking clean and ready for us to look at. The guy drove us as I was a bit nervous as not used to roads. There was no pushy sales pitch and he only spoke about things that were relevant. I felt at ease and happy to do business with them. I have since picked my mini up and very happy with it. I would not hesitate to go there again albeit a bit far from where I live.

Absolutely shocking service from complete con artists! Totally ripped my sister off with her car purchase. Lied about tax, conned her with part exchange on her car where actually ended up getting £1 for it! Someone had done a bodged paint job on whole front of car when we queried this they denied it was ever there and blamed us! Rude, unprofessional, complete con artists! Buyers stay well clear of these dealers! Wish we’d read reviews first!

Do not use this garage

Bought a car lastweek, paid £200 to have it delivered 150 miles away. The car is filthy, the MOT has only 5 month left. The wheel bearing has gone, the car judders at 60mph, thers a a cap missing from the bumper. It was advertised as £30 a year tax, its actually £179. Phone to tell them as they do not reply to messages and they were not even bothered atal. Told me if i want it looked it i have to take it the 150 miles back to them, no apologies made. Stay away people

So, after buying this car in June 2018 Drive it from blackbird road to Melton road and the gearbox Malfunction light comes on, phoned them and they said they would fix it. There had the car from July to September and said it has had a new gearbox because it's under warranty. Fast forward December 2018 and the gearbox malfunction light comes on but this time it’s red, not orange which is gearbox transmission malfunction serious. Could not even move the vehicle and know broken down with a family of six stranded. Speak to the garage BCM and they say ring the gearbox specialist in Mansfield, speak to them and they informed me that that have never had this vehicle in there garage EVER!!!! I speak to BCM and they said it has been fixed it cost them £4,000 so I said prove it and they couldnt. No invoice or even bank transfer like they said. So I then have A specialist come out from Ford and they have a look at the gearbox And lo and behold it was the same gearbox sale number first manufactured so BCM had lied and the gearbox was never in looked or fixed, they just cleared the error codes. I have since got the finance company to reject the vehicle as it is unfit for purpose and it is a death trap and I have got my money and the finance of my record but I know see that they have got it back on there website for sale again. I ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO BUY THIS VEHICLE AS THEY HAVENT FIXED IT AND ITS JUST GOING TO HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE. Blackbird Crossroads Motors doesn't care about it's customers or the safety, so keep away from this garage.
