I found the ideal car here, just what I needed. The staff could not have been more helpful, There were minor issues with one of the keys afterwards as a result of problems with the previous owner. The staff kept in touch and me fully informed until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend them.

Having searched for a specific car, found Blackbrook Road Autocentre had one in stock. Having made phone enquiry and arranged to view following day, car was immediately MoT'd and serviced. Vehicle met all our expectations and was, if anything, better than described on Autotrader. Small defect was immediately rectified to our satisfaction so we could drive away shortly afterwards. Do not buy from Blackbrook Road Autocentre. We phoned Thursday 20th to confirm we were coming to buy a specific car on Saturday 22nd. The guy assured us we would hold the car. We bought train tickets that evening from Ashchurch to Fareham, £110. The car is still listed for sale on their website and on another car site and no one called to say that they changed their minds on holding it and had sold it. We travelled four hours to get here. No one at the garage, phoned them up only to be told 'oh you talked to my colleague it wasn't me'. Irrelevant. We've now had to spend another £110 to travel back another four hours with no car to show for it. They did not offer to even refund our travel as a result of their error. If we are not contacted to be refunded we will be taking this up with that site regards listing and promising cars already sold, and then the small claims court.

Enjoyed a great, visit to this relaxed but friendly car sales garage. I felt compelled to write a review about Blackbrook Road Autocentre even though we didn’t find the one! Looked around 4 months ago for a car for my mother and the experience was not one we hoped to do again due to some really pushy, in your face, patronising salesmen that we meet. After a recent right off the search is on again and we took a trip to Blackbrook Road and was so pleasant, will be back.

Fantastic service and great car from Blackbrook Road Autocentre, I am surprised that there are not more reviews for this dealership. No hard sell, let my son test drive a car without hanging over him all the time. We were allowed to look over the car without sales person present. Agreed a deal on Seat Ibiza Sport, had the car ready for us full valet and taxed it for us, 12 months AA membership thrown in a s well. Cannot recommend them highly enough, my wife and I will be looking for a new car in February/March next year, I know where I will look first. Give them a go, Thanks again Brian.
