I love my Audi's, I've had Audi's now for a very long time, I tend to keep them for around 2 years and then swap them out for a newer model, this is why using Blackburn Audi works so well for me, they have great package options available for this. I have just taken an Audi Q3 and its lovely, the interior is absolutely perfect, such a lovely car to be in. I do spend a lot of time in my car so its important for me that its comfortable. This time round I dealt with Neil, all I can say is, Neil is KING AUDI! He is highly knowledgably and extremely helpful in regards to any questions regarding difference's in models and specs, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. I found the Audi Q2 online and it ticked all the boxes for what we wanted/needed. I was in a hurry to get the car, I wanted to pick the car up very quickly as we was on our way to the Lakes for a get away. After speaking with Neil, he understand my tight timeframe and made a special effort to get in early to do the hand-over and ensure we was on our way as quickly as possible. The handover could not have been smoother, Neil had everything prepared and ready to go, the level of service was incredible. The valeting department did an amazing job and a very quick turn around, they worked hard to have the car spick and span for my early arrival. The car is mainly for my wife, and she is over the moon with it, she likes it because its higher up and the seating is higher giving more visibility. I had a Skoda Octavia before, so similar engines but the handle and output is very different. The only thing that wasn't done before the sale was the service, however, I understand this was due to the lack of time to prepare the car, (hence the 4.5* and not 5*). Neil has already got me booked in to my local Audi garage for the service to be done, so its taken care of.

It was quite scary at first when I got my new Audi A1, I hadn't driven for quite a long time but it was time to get behind the wheel again. I am well chuffed with my A4 purchase, since taking the car away I've loved driving it, its super smooth and mega comfortable. I'm made up with it totally. We upgraded our Q7 last month and although its obviously very similar, its nice to be in something newer and more modern, the car is lovely, we knew we would like it, but the new features and added extras are brilliant. We searched for the car first and found the perfect one with Blackburn Audi, next time we are looking to upgrade I will certainly give them a look at first.
