One of the things that stood out the most for me with Blackburn Audi was the level of communication between myself and Sajid which was second to none, I was kept up to date with everything, all of my queries got dealt with and the ones he were not directly responsible for he still took ownership of. David delivered an outstanding service from the initial phone call to the handover of my car, he had the ability to make me feel like I was the only customer and not many other customers that he was trying to deal with and only there to get a sale out of. I'm absolutely made up with my new car, it drives like a dream and I love every second I'm driving it.
