Staff with no idea and don’t check there product and as for customer service we’ll there is nt any managers never there pass problem to Junior members of staff as they can’t be bothered worse car buying exsperance of my life never would I use or recommend Blackburn Audi
To be honest not the experience I was expecting from Audi Blackburn. Right from the start I was told the car only had 1 previous owner. Then I was told it had two but it was an ex demonstrator. After I received all the paper work it turns out it had 2 owners and wasn't an ex demonstrator? So typical salesman bull! So right away I've been miss lead. Which would have influenced my decision buying the car. I asked for the car to be delivered to my house. Unfortunately I was on holiday at the time of delivery so my 19 year old sister inlaw signed for receiving the car. The driver got her to sign for it then went to the train station with both sets of keys in his pocket. I had to get a family member to drive across to the train station and find him to get the keys. I called Audi and said I wasn't happy with the service they were very apologetic and offered me £150 good will gesture. I got back from holiday and checked the car over, the car smelled of smoke and there was what appeared to be cigarette ash on the drivers seat and back seat. So I've no doubt the delivery driver had been smoking in the car. I contacted Audi again and they assured me that there drivers don't smoke, and it's company policy not to employ smokers? Really? I'm sure that is discrimination and against the law. Anyway I told them that I was going to have the car valeted and they said they would send a cheque for £100, not sure what happened to the original offer of £150 but at this point I can't be bothered arguing anymore. Nine weeks after buying the car I get stopped by the police. They inform me that the front tinted windows are illegal and I have 7 days to remove them or face a fine. I done some checks online and found out it's illegal to sell a car with front driver/passenger tinted windows. Shouldn't this have been picked up on the 160 point check or whatever it is that Audi do? So that's another £40 and two hours of my time to have someone remove the tiny. So overall not the best car buying experience I've had.
