No one has done anything wrong at Blackburn Audi but I'm a big believer that there is always room for improvement which is why I'm not giving top marks. I recently popped in to get a few bits sorted, and as always Sasha has been brilliant at getting these sorted out. I'm happy with my Audi A6 and I'd definitely buy from them again.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jordan. The customer service was first-class, and this is probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jordan was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and never came across as pushy. What more could you ask for when buying a car from a dealership?

5 stars isn't enough. If I could score David any higher, I would. David made me feel very welcome and he could not have done anything further to help me. He never used any hard sales tactics, and every question I asked, he was able to answer clearly and thoroughly. I love my new car; it runs like clockwork and is such a joy to drive.

After 25 years and eight Volkswagens, I decided to switch over to Audi, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! From day one, the service at Blackburn Audi surpassed all my expectations. I was looking for a bigger car, and I came across an Audi A1 at Blackburn Audi, which was a great price, and the condition of the car was fantastic. I took the car for a test drive and instantly fell in love with it. It felt smooth on the road, and I could tell even if I was doing a longer journey, it would be great.
