I’d been in the market for a new car for a while, and before Blackburn Audi had the Audi A5 I wanted in stock, I visited a couple of other dealerships. However, I found myself getting nonstop follow up calls, which was really frustrating. When Blackburn finally had the car I wanted, I met Craig. He was brilliant, a real gentleman, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I took my time to decide, but when I made my choice, I made the first call to let him know I'd take the car. Since then, it’s been great.

Scarlett was more than helpful while I was purchasing my car Audi, she sorted everything for me which was great for the distance I travelled. When I first saw the car it was great to see it was as good as they said it was, it was worth the trip up, it's just a shame they are so far away. Since having the car, I've booked in the Stoke branch to get a dash cam fitted and while it's there, they are going to look at the car's gears as they take a while to drop when changing down. But the car has been exactly what I wanted.

This was actually the second time I visited this dealership, as I got a car from here before but it was my first time dealing with David. Who was spot on! He was really friendly but I felt as though he really listened to what I was saying and took the time to discuss my options. In the end I was able to get the car I wanted, which was within my budget. My husband and I have used the Audi a fair bit, me more so as I have a big commute to work but it drives lovely, and I love it. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Blackburn Audi.

The only reason for giving 4 stars is because there was a mix-up with putting the car in my name but it's getting sorted now. I've had 5 Audi A3's before this one, so I didn't need to take James up on his test drive and for the time I've had it, it's been great.

I can't complain about my experience with Blackburn Audi. I've had a couple of issues with the car since driving away but I think they have handled them well. They even managed to sort one out over the phone as it was an app issue and the other is getting looked at by a local garage for a sensor fault. Craig has been the guy who looked after me and he's been great. Other than those issues, though, my RS7 is a beautiful car, and I'm really enjoying it.

I’ve already put about 1000 miles on the clock already for the month I've owned the car! It was straight on the road and I absolutely love it. I’ve had a few Audis over the years, so it was an easy transition. The customer service was excellent and the lads up at Blackburn were fantastic to work with. I noticed a few scratches on the car initially, but by the time I came to collect, they’d been sorted.

My sisters Audi A1 has been going fine so far, though it’s mainly been parked up on the drive because she has been away. The customer service was impeccable when we visited Blackburn Audi. Neil was the perfect salesman because he was upfront, honest, and he handled everything really well. My sister had a budget, and he worked hard to get as close to it as possible. Hopefully I get the chance to do another deal with him in the new year for my own car.

So far my Audi A6 has been really good, it drives nicely and is in great condition. I’m still getting used to the updated functions, as I had an A6 before, but it was a 2009 model. On the day, Neil was great and very helpful, even picking me up when I needed it. After my previous car failed its MOT, I enquired about my new car on a Monday, and by Friday, it was mine. Neil helped with sorting out the tax and insurance too, which made things so much easier. Credit where it’s due.

After being pressured to buy a car from another dealership, I walked away from the deal and that's how I found myself at Blackburn Audi. Neil looked after me while I was making my purchase and he was completely the opposite. There was no pressure, he was really helpful and I've got no complaints.
