So far my car drives beautifully and it has been so easy to drive. The more I drive it, the better it gets! It was a *perfect* experience, and Louis was very honest from start to finish. Everything I was told about the car was true, which was refreshing, especially after dealing with other dealerships that haven’t been as upfront. I came away from the deal feeling like I could truly trust them. They even gave me the VIP treatment when I picked up the keys because they had a carpet laid out to the car and everything! I couldn’t ask for anyone better, and they gave me an honest quote on my old car, even with its gearbox issue. 5 stars! I couldn't have asked for anyone better to deal with.

This isn't my first visit to this dealership as I've had a few cars from here in the past, and every time I'm really impressed with the service from the team. It was Stuart on this occasion who sold me the Audi, and he was spot on. I'm very happy with the car and it hasn't caused me any trouble at all.

I'm really enjoying my Audi A5 from Blackburn Audi. I've not had it long but I haven't come across any issues yet. The salesman who looked after me was Craig and from start to finish I found him lovely to deal with. He offered a test drive that went well and I have no complaints. The whole process was very smooth.

David was absolutely amazing while I was purchasing my new car. Not once did I feel any pressure from him to go ahead with the car if I didn't want to. I was able to look around it within good time, and it was a relaxed experience. My A1 has been perfect since driving away.

I haven't had much chance to drive my new car since coming on holiday, but for the time I have driven it, it's going good. No problems with the customer service either, 5 stars.

No one has done anything wrong at Blackburn Audi but I'm a big believer that there is always room for improvement which is why I'm not giving top marks. I recently popped in to get a few bits sorted, and as always Sasha has been brilliant at getting these sorted out. I'm happy with my Audi A6 and I'd definitely buy from them again.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jordan. The customer service was first-class, and this is probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jordan was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and never came across as pushy. What more could you ask for when buying a car from a dealership? 

5 stars isn't enough. If I could score David any higher, I would. David made me feel very welcome and he could not have done anything further to help me. He never used any hard sales tactics, and every question I asked, he was able to answer clearly and thoroughly. I love my new car; it runs like clockwork and is such a joy to drive.

After 25 years and eight Volkswagens, I decided to switch over to Audi, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! From day one, the service at Blackburn Audi surpassed all my expectations. Nick made the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the delivery of my car, an absolute pleasure. The attention to detail and genuine care were outstanding.
