I originally had an Audi A3, but it didn’t suit me, so I went back, and they sorted me out with an Audi A5 that ticks all my boxes. The entire process was really smooth and easy. I absolutely love my RS6. Seriously, I can't help but smile every time I get into the driver's seat. It's been quite the car journey because I started off with an Audi S4, then upgraded to an RS4, and now I've had the pleasure of driving my RS6. Who knows what's next? A big shoutout to Stuart Mills and Amilia because they were absolutely spot on throughout the whole process. Normally, I stick to a different dealership, but the team at Blackburn Audi came through and found me the perfect Audi. Solid 5 stars from me!

From the moment I walked in to this dealership, I was made to feel so welcomed, and that's something I haven't had when I've been to other dealerships. I'm not the best with names but everyone involved were always happy to help. Anyway, I've had the car since April and it's been sound. I'm loving it and I can't thank the team enough.

It's not my first time vising here because I've had a couple of cars in the a past, so I'm very familiar with the process and the staff. On this occasion, I went for the Audi Q7, and it was Sajid who looked after me, who couldn't have been any more accommodating. Like always there is no hard sell but nothing but friendliness throughout. It won't be the last time I get a car from here. 5 stars.

I reckon I've had my Audi A1 for a number of weeks now and I've not come across any issues yet! and I'm sure I won't because it's been a great car up until now. Blackburn Audi didn't let me down and neither did Richard because I found him to be very transparent about the car and he was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I would happily recommend this company to others.

We are very happy with the car, we even had a long holiday drive with it which went smoothly. So, yes, the car is running more than well. It is definitely 5 star rating for these guys, we've been very happy with the service we had, with the details and all enquiries dealt with very quickly. I honestly forgot the name of the man who went through the whole process with us, but it was the best communication we had, all the questions answered, and the car was ready to go in such a quick time. I was in need of a new car and had been searching online, I didn't know exactly what I wanted until I saw the Audi Q3 that Blackburn Audi had in stock! It looked absolutely perfect and ticked all of the boxes for what I needed out of a car. I came down for a closer look and ended up driving away with it that afternoon. I would definitely rate a 5 star rating, they have been excellent with me from start to finish and I've had no issues since I drove away with it. I would pass on my recommendations to all friends and family and I would certainly use them again in the future when the time comes to upgrade/swap. A huge thank you to Sajid who looked after me through the sale and was only on the other end of the phone (or email) if I had any questions prior or post purchasing!

Great dealership, great staff and great cars.. Prices are always fair or better and I can't complain about the service I get year in year out as a returning customer. I did have a couple issues with the car on this occasion however, these were fixed for me as quick as they were discovered.
