We are actually new customers to Blackburn Audi, it was our first time buying a car from them but I can tell you for sure that I am absolutely loving the Audi A1 and will be back when I want a new car in the future. I enjoy every moment I am in the drivers seat, it runs insanely smooth on the roads and is surprising comfortable for a smaller car, its lovely inside with all the techy bits and gadgets. The process itself ran smoothly, I had a gentleman called Stuart carrying the sale and he made it easy and super smooth for us. He talked us through the paper work in great detail and away I was with my new car. A huge 5 star out of 5 star rating.

Hi, I do really enjoy driving my newly purchased Audi A1. I am still figuring things out with the car, more about the technical side of things but I do believe I will get better as time goes on, the more and more I drive it. I came to Black Burn Audi to purchase a new Audi A7, as an everyday day but mainly for the school runs. I haven't driven it that much, I have only been behind the wheel a handful of times, but from what I have driven of it, I have very much enjoyed. All is running well with the Audi A5 that I purchased form Blackburn Audi, its a great car and drives smooth, its a pleasure to drive. I was dealing with a salesman who was called Nick and he was excellent, helpful and friendly from the get go and was always available when I needed! I have not a bad word I can say about Blackburn Audi. They came highly recommended by my cousin who bought an A3 from them earlier in the year, they told me the service was fantastic and the car and in pristine condition. I went down and fell in love with an A1 which they had in a really nice colour with sun roof. The car was at a great price and the team in the dealership filled me with so much confidence that I had to take the car. I have had the car for roughly 3 months now and I couldn't be happier. I was especially impressed with how Jonathon called me two days after I took delivery of the car and explained there was some minor damage flagged to the alloys when the car left the showroom and I was given the option of having this resolved free of charge.. I hadn't even noticed the damage which I thought was really above and beyond. Very Happy Customer!

I have just bought my third car of David and once again he has exceeded expectations and provided a really excellent service. I bought a Q3 from Blackburn Audi but unfortunately, there were issues with the car and I had to return this, I have however, always wanted an Audi S3 and they had the perfect one in stock for me. The swap although inconvenient was handle very professionally David still managed to make the process quick, easy and stress free. Well done Blackburn Audi, you have smashed it again.

I had a really good experience with Blackburn Audi when I recently purchased a new car with them. The salesman handled my purchase and was absolutely fantastic in making sure I got to test drive the car properly, explaining all the different aspects of the car and purchasing options and ensuring my car had everything I asked for and he managed to get me a really good deal. I really appreciated the time he took keeping me updated on the progress of my car and I felt extremely taken care of.
