Yes happy with Audi A3! Happy customer 5 star

The car is running perfectly fine, no complaints at all. As for the customer service, they were really helpful and did everything necessary to ensure a smooth sailing purchase. They made sure to answer all my questions, and they always returned calls/emails. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I'd give it 5 out of 5.

I have owned Audi's for the past 25 years and have been to Blackburn Audi numerous times over the years. I have never had an issue with the sale or the car, the team are always highly accommodating and welcoming. It was Adam who sorted us out this time and he did a cracking job, he was a very nice bloke and a pleasure to deal with, he has even promised to send us some floors matts out, so I can only commend them for their outstanding service and after care.

Oh I am more than delighted with my new to me Audi A1. It has been a wonderful machine to drive and suits me just fine. It did go back in as it had some scratches on the bodywork that I wanted repairing, but they rectified that quickly so I am very happy. Neil was a brilliant gent, very helpful and there when I had a query. I would be more than happy to recommend their services and would definitely visit this branch again.

I would be more than happy to recommend Blackburn Audi to others, I found Adam to be a lovely guy to deal with. I purchased a 23 plate A1 and I absolutely love it, the spec is amazing and she is such a good car to drive! Adam went through all of the functions with me and explained everything clearly before I left, so I am one happy customer.

I haven't done as many miles as I would've liked in my Q3, but from the trips I have made I am really happy with the vehicle. The condition was exactly as described and it was well presented at the showroom. Jonathan assisted with the sale and I thought he was excellent, very thorough and helpful from start to end. I would be more than happy to pass on my recommendations.

I cannot praise Neil enough, what an incredible salesman he is! He did absolutely everything he could for us and more, I would give him 10 stars if I could! After the sale we were waiting on a refund of £500 from the finance company, Neil did everything in his power and even wrote us an email on what to say so we could get that deposit back quicker. He really did bend over backwards for us, and the Q7 he sold us is nothing short of perfect! I would recommend Neil and the team to anyone😊

I recently bought my A6 from the Audi guys in Blackburn and I am over the moon with it! It is everything I was after and drives sweet as a nut. Neil was the guy who helped us and he was brilliant, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was on the ball with everything and always came back to me when he said he would. I have already recommended Blackburn to a few friends of mine👍.

Fantastic service from end to end. Helpful, knowledgeable and good communication. Nothing worse than constantly chasing something up, none of that at all. I didnt get hounded when I got there, the salesman answered every question I had and gave me enough time and space to look over the cars and decide myself. A great franchise of Audi and one I would recommend!
