Following an issue when the car I wished to purchase had been sold, Stephen couldn't have been more helpful in sourcing an alternative and coming up with a deal which meant I was able to purchase a higher quality car at an affordable price. Just picked up our bmw today.the experience with Matthew at Blackburns was amazing..They really do go the extra mile.We wouldnt think twice about going back in the future & would advise anyone to visit this garage which has a very high standard of cars.
Went to see skoda octavia vrs estate at Blackburns UK that was advertised on auto trader. They were very friendly welcome by young guy who showed me the car, then met Steve the salesman very nice guy he said take it for a drive by myself which was fab no pressure time to have full look at car, paid deposit the next day and held car for a week until I collected the car, even picked me up at train station to collect car all in all friendly professional service I will be back to change my wife's car.

Bought a Mercedes from Blackburns UK in December. Test drove the car on our own, very relaxed, no problems. The car came with only one key but they supplied and paid for a new spare key. We mainly dealt with Steve who looked after us and he delivered the car to our door. The car has been great, we are very pleased with it and the service we have received. Would recommend this garage to anyone.
I bought a 2008 Chrysler 300c from Blackburns and the service I received was second to none. I have had better service here than other garages where i have bought New cars. After a few months of owning the Chrysler it developed a fault, I contacted Matthew the salesman and he said bring it in and we will sort it out for you. I took it back to Darlington and a new part was fitted within 3 hours at no charge. I would highly recommend Blackburns to anyone and I will definitely go back when I replace the Chrysler.

I bought an audi rs3 from blackburns uk and I can not fault the car or the company. Dealt with a very friendly, helpful and genuinely nice guy called Steve. He did everything he could to make the purchase hassle free and simple. Defiantly deal with this dealer again.
I can't fault Blackburns of Darlington at all, very professional service from Stephen, bought a land rover freelander which was immaculate, very relaxed experience, no pressure would definitely use again and would reccoment to anyone.
Blackburns did everything you would expect from a good car dealership, they thoroughly checked the car through before letting it go and they threw in a decent warranty. The salesman was a nice lad, bit of a joker but when it came to the sale he was as professional as anyone else I've dealt with. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
