Bought a new CRV May 2020 which is an excellent car by the way.
Also ordered a boot cover at same time which never came as of today’s date.
Log book came back in wrong name fault of the Honda admin. Sent it back and still haven’t received it. DVLA said it was never sent back to them.
Kept contacting Honda Blackpool and continued to be fobbed off. Rang last week and said please refund money for boot cover and take the car back.
Finally got in touch with a higher manager who knew nothing about it. Even though I have been bugging them. Manager said he would ring me straight back lol if I had a pound for every time they said that.
Anyway I decided to get rid of the CRV and will never deal with Honda again.

Wow buying a Honda PCX couldn't be easier spoke to Adam on Friday afternoon & price matched the bike, paid deposit, and did the paperwork via emails sorted the finance and took delivery of the brand spanker the next day and all during the COVID lockdown couldnt recommend these guys enough five star ...........delighted...........oh and the bikes brill as well :)
