Bought a Seat Leon Cupra. Thomas the salesman was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Turnaround was quick and efficient which was appreciated as I had travelled a long distance.
Can't comment on resolution of issues as there have been none so far.

Everything about the car was perfect. However the service was not up to standards as he lied about the cars log book before the purchase saying that it was not for a disabled person but after I bought the car I then found out it was for a disabled person. He also promised to fill the car up and give a full valet but unfortunately he did not do that. He also promised to give 2 free seat services but then after he did not want to follow through with that. I also gave him a call and told him about it but the most he could was say sorry which unfortunately is not good enough as I travelled almost 220 miles for this 2 times. overall I would not recommend using Blackpool seat or Morgan.

Thomas from Blackpool contacted me (on a Sunday no less) to see if I was interested in the Cupra Estate since I had previously bought a Cupra from the dealership. I wasn’t looking for a change of car but Thomas suggested he would do me a personal video of the car and see what I thought. I got the video the same day and also had a look on Autotrader and thought I might be interested.
So, having looked at the video and I had a feel as to how much cash I would have to put into the deal and once the car was MOT’d) - which Tomas quickly arranged - I arranged a test drive. He did advise me the car had failed the MOT but only due to worn rear tyres which were replaced with Continentals - no budget stuff happily!. Thomas organised things and confirmed some details - such as the service history, cost of the car new (it would have affected the car tax) and the free 5 day drive away insurance available.
All went well and the things that needed to be sorted out for the car were done and the car was ready for collection on the date and time agreed. Thomas sorted of the the paperwork out quickly on the day and 30 minutes later I was homeward bound in my new car. Swapping one Leon Cupra for another meant there was not a lot of familiarisation of the car was needed.
So big thanks to Thomas. The car has been well prepped and valeted and looks and drives minted.

Morgan Craig from Blackpool Seat is a brilliant salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Seat vehicle. I purchased my first car from him back in December 2019 and have now gone back for my second car, an Ibiza FR Sport. From start to finish, Morgan’s quality of service had been impeccable, explaining the process as well as securing the best deal.

Came here last week for a service on my old SEAT, like always I go and chat to the sales guys especially Ben the Sales Manager during our conversation he introduced me to Stephen and he advised Stephen I was a loyal customer who’s after their 3rd SEAT. Stephen sat me down and firstly asked me what I needed in a car, this was the first time I was asked a question like this and I thought it was a great question! He/Stephen didn’t push me into anything I didn’t need and really listened to me, the customer. After helping me get my insurance quote cheaper and a test drive, I am now a owner of a brand new, 70 plate SEAT Ibiza! I’m completely in love with it and I’m so grateful for the amazing customer service!! Thank you guys once again! :)
