Everything is okay with the vehicle and everything was okay with the car, it was valeted and prepared had no issues.

The car was delivered to me the guy who brought it no problems, very professional, everything was cool. The only problem was it hadn't been professional valeted, so I didn't get that new giddy car feeling at all. If it was fully valeted it would have been no problem my rating would have been a 5. If I lived locally and come to pick up the car, I would have told them to give it a good valet. Other than that the car is beautiful. I am going to treat myself and get it valeted properly. That was the only downside.

No problems with the car so far. The guys were great I have no complaints it was all very good. I have been looking for about a year and a half for my next vehicle, I can't quite remember what site it was that I found the car, I just sat down one morning opened up my iPad and it popped up, I was most likely registered to one of the online sites. I thought that was the right one, the price was really good and thought lets go for it! I did have to sort out the money on my side of things as I don't just have that much money waiting around to spend haha! Other than that it all went fine. I would rate my experience with the dealership I would rate them a 5.

5 - honest, friendly, straightforward, patient while I sorted finance. Would use them for my next performance car. Ahmed was really good - he was the main guy I dealt with.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a nightmare with my previous car. They have been amazing in talking me through everything, answering all my questions and making it feel like a premium service. I could not fault them. They checked in with me after the car was delivered and the warranty is fantastic. Will always recommend and Salvadore ( I hope that’s his name) is fantastic.

The car that we have from Blackstone is Splendid, we went for the Ferrari Portofino and swapped in our Ferrari California. It was a easy process that couldn't have gone any better. They came to collect and deliver at the same time and had all the paperwork ready with them. It was a hassle free transaction and I hope the California goes to a good home! After initial purchase I had an issue with the handbrake, the guys got me in straight away and sorted it without any problems and quickly. I dealt with Salvador for the majority of the purchase. He was helpful and polite. I came across Blackstone while looking for a specific vehicle which they had in stock. I went to view in person and was pleasantly surprised that the images and descriptions were accurate. I didn't at all feel mislead. I took the vehicle home the same day as viewing. I wouldn't change anything about how the process went. 5 stars all the way.

I knew the guys at the dealership before so I would say they were already a trusted dealership for me to use. There wasn't any problems, the guys were great made it a simple process. The only thing is I need to get a replacement key, however they said they would reimburse once I send the receipt for that over so can't complain. Been using the car everyday since purchase and not had any problems as of yet.
