A short while after taking ownership of the Range Rover, I discovered a slight noise, I contacted Blackstone and was amazed at the prompt, willingness to help resolve - before even knowing what the issue was. The salesman quickly organised for the car to be collected from my home, and within a matter of days the car was returned back to me, noise resolved and an extra valet done! I was astounded. I've been in situations previously when buying cars and felt very much 'We have your money now, its your problem' after the sale - not here, the after care service matches the excellent customer service at sale.
