So far everything is going extremely well with my Audi, and I'm enjoying the time I get to spend driving my new car. The salesperson that looked after me made me feel welcome from the word go, and no question I asked him was left unanswered. A solid five-star service!

Honestly, I could not have asked for anything more from Omar during the purchase of my Jaguar. From start to finish, Omar was fantastic. He kept me in the loop with everything, ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. What really stood out was that he even arranged for the car to be delivered to my home address in Birmingham, which saved me from having to do a 5-hour round trip to West Dayton. His customer service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all his efforts.

This was my first experience with Blackstone Motors, and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. I found them on AutoTrader while searching for a Porsche, and I’m so glad that I did. Omar, who assisted me throughout the purchase, was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome, and his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was satisfied were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Everyone we saw at Blackstone Motors was very welcoming and polite. Helped with a test drive and answered any questions we had. Offered to deliver the car to my home address and provided a 5 star all round service. Can;t ask for more than that!

The dealership staff were amazing and even went out of their way to pick me up from the station, which I thought was fantastic customer service. Although we were missing floormats, Ahmed ordered them for me straight away. I had a work call that I needed to take and he let me use his meeting room which was really accommodating. As for the car, I'm a big BMW fan and I'm enjoying every drive.
