Spent 100k with these guys, car then develops a fault after 4 weeks. Their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on with only a £2.5k limit and they offered no help in sorting this out. Warranty company was impossible to deal with and I wasn’t fully able to sort fault out so I went back to them. Jordan then agrees as a gesture of goodwill to sort this out (which I have in writing) but I have to take it to a garage of their choice which I do. The garage was great btw and sorted the fault but said I had to pay, to which I said this wasn’t the agreement, but amazingly no one at Blakedown would answer a call and I was told Jordan was just getting on a plane for his hols. So I paid and sent Jordan an email about reimbursement, to which I got the reply saying glad it’s sorted but we won’t be paying and never agreed to do so. They then tried to blame the fault on Litchfield motors who tried to fix the original fault. Take your hard earned elsewhere as these are a total bunch of cowboy traders with not an ounce of integrity between them. Buyer beware

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Blakedown Cars. On both occasions I have dealt with Ben who has always been very helpful and informative. The deal and the finance went through easily and they gave me a great price for my part exchange. Its the best service that I have ever received whilst buying and selling cars, and I have bought and sold a lot! I would 100% use this company again, all the staff that I have dealt with have been great. All in all a pleasure to do business with.
The boys at Blakedown were helpful from the start! I was after a new car for the summer and Jordan talked me through the options they had in stock that suited my budget. I settled on the Mercedes C class convertible! They made sure it had been fully MOT’d and serviced just before I bought it which meant not having to deal with that for the next 12 months so I could fully enjoy the car. I chose the delivery option and the car came all clean throughout. It’s been perfect for the summer and have had no issues since purchase a year ago, even considering the high mileage I do for work. Definitely recommend purchasing through Blakedown Car Company! They made the process so easy & I will happily deal with them again when I’m ready to swap out.

Simply the best service I have ever received from a dealership! Luke guided me through the whole process and they payed off my finance on my old car and took it in as part exchange removing any worries. They set me up a new finance plan and got the car to me within days. Would recommend and will be using them again for any future car needs

PLS READ!* Where do I start? Blakedown car company? Should be called breakdown car company. I’m a new customer & dealing with Ben has been like dealing with Great Wall off China absolute nonsense off a service and idiotic responses. Im interested in a car they have. That’s rid half its life (40k miles). And they have overpriced it by 15k (attached screenshots) Ben doesn’t know anything about cars. They had no interest to even sell vehicle. 100% agree with everything said here. My personal experience has been shocking. 100k car developed a fault after 4 weeks, they said they’d sort as gesture of good will but when push came to shove they want nothing to do with it. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere. Shocking outfit
