After paying £3000 for a ford cmax I would highly recommend avoiding this company. My car has been in for repairs as it cuts out while being driven, the garage they use seem unable to say what work has been done. Whenever I ring the 2 lads I bought it from they refuse to deal with me. I had too use a different garage which cost me £70 They refused to give me this and started to shout down the phone towards me. At this point I hung up due to lack of respect and not going to argue. He rang me back to shout on some more telling me not to hang up. When I told him to stop shouting and he wouldn't he hung up on me. Avoid this garage at all costs customer service levels are a joke.

Very bad customer service from my experience.

Would recommend any day. A good range of vehicles on hand. Absolutely tops service here. I had no faults or complains at any point. Right from the start they were very accommodating and extremely patient with much delayed finance. All the time answering plenty of questions. They facilitated a full independent vehicle inspection beforehand as i was a few hundred miles away. Also were very patient at the point of sale with delays. No quibbles. 1 to 1 service in a very friendly way. The Pickup was perfect, spot on, and really loving it. Fully valeted and fueled, clean and tidy. Beautiful vehicle, clean sale, a perfect buy. Couldn't recommend James and his team at Blaydon Part Exchange Centre more!
