After receiving a car that we had a total of three hours before the engine management light came on along with after 9 days all 6 injectors blowing and being told it Was our fault . The called owner is saying he is doing nothing about it and swearing at us we will now be taking these very unprofessional people to court. AVOID at all costs awful awful service. Also if you dig deeper into this business and previous business's you will see they don't survive very long, and the history of the person you would be dealing with is shocking. I'm disgusted by the service DO NOT BUY from this dealership.

LIANE, AS YOU KNOW YOU CAUSED ALL THE DAMAGE TO THE CAR BY NOT FUELLING IT CORRECTLY AND TRIED TO PASS THE BLAME ONTO US. THIS WAS ALL PROVEN IN COURT AND YOU LOST THE COURT CASE AS WE WERE NOT AT FAULTY AT ALL. SORRY IT HAD TO END UP IN COURT BUT YOU LEFT US NO OTHER OPTION TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.
Do not buy a car from Blenhiem Cars. The car I purchased came with many problems. They lie through there teeth and are very rude when confronted. The warranty they offer isn't worth the paper it's written on. Be aware and have your own checks done.

Dear Mr Willcock & Hayley Tanner, There is a formal procedure in place to resolve discrepancies, so why is it that you chose not to follow that but resort to social media, in a cheap attempt to try and discredit us with your unproven claims? The company from whom you took finance to buy the car in question, as you are aware, carried out an independent investigation and yet their inspectors found NOTHING wrong with the vehicle. If indeed it has broken down, why have you not called us directly to explain the situation or allowed us to fix any issue under the warranty we provided? Why take it to another garage 4 times? We therefore suggest, your comments should be directed at the other garage in question and NOT us, as clearly, based on your claims, 4 times they have been unsuccessful with fixing the problem you highlighted. We are a member of the Good Garage Scheme and a FULLY approved RAC Dealer. These are accreditations we have earned through hard work and dedicated customer service. Please be aware, we will NOT respond to any future reviews of ANY kind across any social media channel. We will simply repost this (dated 17-10-16). I recently bought a Porsche from Blenheim cars and the service was great can't fault it. Would highly recommend. Very good car and worth every penny. Had no problems what so ever so far and had the car for nearly 2 months.

Very unhelpful with regards to finance issues. Not happy that i had arranged my own finance and clearly wanted me to use theirs. Last minute changes to description of vehicle and milage was 4k more than described in the ad. Was not the model told it was. They did deal with the issus raised by the inspection quickly and it was good value for money as it was a high spec but overall I would not use them again. Exclusions to warranty added at the last minute did not engender feelings of trust!
